SHOWBIZ breaks news. The incredible worldwide reaction today to Victoria Jackson`s exclusive interview on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about her shocking "Glee" gay kiss rant.

VICTORIA JACKSON, BLOGGER AND FORMER "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE" STAR: Basically, the Bible says homosexuality is a sin.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Saving Christina Aguilera. The star-spangled stumble. The drunken arrest. Listen up, Christina. Today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT reveals how you can get back on track.

TV`s most provocative entertainment news show breaks news right now.

(MUSIC)

Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer, coming to you from New York City. And we`ve got big news breaking today. Did Chris Brown go ballistic again?

Chris Brown who has spent a couple years trying to rehab his image after beating up Rihanna, may have blown the whole thing this morning with one explosive interview on live national TV.

Brown reportedly went absolutely ballistic, making even - maybe even breaking a window after being grilled on "Good Morning America" by Robin Roberts about what happened with Rihanna and the restraining order against him. Brown, instead, wanted to focus on his brand-new album. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ROBIN ROBERTS, CO-ANCHOR, "GOOD MORNING AMERICA": Recently, the restraining order against you that Rihanna had issued has been relaxed.

CHRIS BROWN, SINGER: Yes.

ROBERTS: Have you all - you can go to events and be in the same room. Have you all seen each other, been around each other?

BROWN: I mean, not really. It`s not really a big deal to me right now as far as the situation. I think I`m past that in my life. Today is the album day, so that`s what I`m focused on, so everybody go get that album.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. Now, I want you to take a look at this video. It`s a window that was smashed in Brown`s dressing room after he reportedly flew into a rage backstage.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has been tracking this wild day of developments including Brown battling back on Twitter. But I`ve got to tell you, this is not all looking good for Chris one bit.

With me right now, in New York, Jane Velez-Mitchell, the host, of course, "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL" here on HLN. She`s also the author of this fine book. It`s called "Addict Nation." Also with me in New York, Midwin Charles, who is a criminal defense attorney.

It was crystal clear to me as I was watching Chris Brown this morning on "Good Morning America." He had no interest whatsoever in even trying to creatively answer Robin`s questions about him assaulting Rihanna and the fact this restraining order was recently relaxed.

Watch what happened when Robin circled back to ask Chris about it all over again in her interview with him this morning.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ROBERTS: You can understand how some people - you know, that was very serious, what you went through, and what happened.

BROWN: Yes.

ROBERTS: And even the judge, though, afterwards said that you had served your time, as far as the community service and that, and moving on.

BROWN: Yes.

ROBERTS: But have you been able to - how have you been able to -

BROWN: I`ve been focusing on this album, you know. I think this album is what I want people to hear and I want people to really get into. So definitely, this album is what I want them to talk about, and not stuff that happened two years ago.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. I don`t think Chris had been able to figure out exactly how to deal with the fact that this is a significant part of his history. People will continue to ask him about it.

Jane, I can`t imagine that the reports of him going ballistic backstage are going to help him out right now one bit at all.

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HOST, "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL": No, it proves his critics right. It`s the same issue as the Rihanna incident, a propensity toward violence.

If you are a big star and you clock someone in the face and draw blood, expect to be asked about it for the rest of your life, especially while you`re on probation for that incident.

He could have turned a negative into a positive and said, "Hey, things are getting better. I`m working on myself. It`s all good."

HAMMER: Yes.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And it would have been all good.

HAMMER: There are ways to deal with it. People are trained on how to answer tough questions and doing it in a way that`s going to make you look good.

And yes, let`s not forget that after he pleaded guilty to assaulting Rihanna, he had to go to anger management classes. Midwin, it seems to me the classes didn`t take.

MIDWIN CHARLES, CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY: They certainly didn`t. And unfortunately, what he did was the opposite of what he wanted, right? He wants everyone to focus on the album, and he could have done that the way he kept turning Robin around.

But by kind of reaching out in anger and everything like that, what he did was he got everybody to focus on the anger part of him and the fact that he did beat up Rihanna.

HAMMER: Yes. And the fact is, if it turns out that it is true that he smashed this window, and there are reports, you know, that he went into a tirade backstage - if that`s all true, I consider that a massive setback.

So we`ve shown you what we saw on camera. But wait, there`s more. ABC, this afternoon, revealed some extraordinary details about what they say happened behind the scenes, leading up to that smashed window.

Look at this. ABC says after his performance Chris stormed off the stage, returning to his dressing room. But then he came back down the hall shirtless and he stared down the producer who produced the segment he was on.

The producer backed away, the show`s hair-and-make-up staff called security, because they heard loud noises coming from Brown`s dressing room. And it was after the producer went back into Brown`s dressing room, the smashed window was discovered.

The only thing we have heard from Chris today was a tweet that he sent out. Let me read that for you. He says, "I`m so over people bringing this past (EXPLETIVE DELETED) up. Yet we praise Charlie Sheen and other celebs for their bull (EXPLETIVE DELETED)."

Jane, I think Chris misses the point here entirely. But do you think he has a point?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: He`s delusional. Who`s praising Charlie Sheen? Everybody`s criticizing him, too. This guy allegedly took a chair and threw it against the window. Shards of glass fell onto 43rd Street.

Had they hit someone or a shard got into somebody`s eye, it could have blinded someone. This is serious stuff.

HAMMER: Yes. I think he`s taken aback by the fact that people are apparently still supporting Charlie Sheen and the fact that they`re lining up and buying tickets.

But the truth is, there are a lot of people out there today buying his album despite all of his drama. So I think, yes, maybe he is delusional. He doesn`t quite see the whole big picture.

But speaking of Charlie Sheen - big Charlie Sheen news breaking today about him possibly coming back to "Two and a Half Men" and about a surprise appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" last night.

Well, Mark Cuban was a guest. He and Charlie have talked about working together, and Jimmy asked him about that. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JIMMY KIMMEL, HOST, "JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE": I heard, anyway, that you`ve been talking to Charlie Sheen?

MARK CUBAN, ENTREPRENEUR: Yes.

KIMMEL: What kind of a venture are you discussing with Charlie?

CUBAN: A lot of different things? Charlie`s a smart guy. He doesn`t -

KIMMEL: Charlie is a very smart guy.

CUBAN: He doesn`t get near the credit that he deserves for being smart.

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

CHARLIE SHEEN, ACTOR: It`s a mug.

KIMMEL: All right. And?

SHEEN: It`s got a fox on it.

KIMMEL: It`s got a fox. Why a fox?

SHEEN: I`ll let you figure it out.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right. Did you hear that? Charlie said to Jimmy Kimmel, "I`ll let you figure it out." Midwin, I don`t get for a moment, why anyone would want to get into business with such a loose cannon? I know he makes a lot of money for people, but really?

CHARLES: Well, I think people enjoy the fact that he is who he is right now. Right? "Winning" - it`s what everybody`s saying. It`s what everybody`s doing. And I think people recognize he is a moneymaker. Crazy or not, high or not, he seems to be able to generate revenue.

HAMMER: Jane?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, I think maybe if Chris Brown had smooched Robin Roberts on the lips -

HAMMER: Yes.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: We might be talking about that instead of him throwing the chair. Charlie Sheen is crazy, but he`s taken it into a new level, where it`s kind of become sort of a mad genius.

And he is attracting a lot of attention. I don`t applaud him. I think he deserved to be fired from "Two and a Half Men." But he is kind of a game- changer. He is changing the rules of how to manipulate the media.

HAMMER: Yes. But who wants to work with that? I mean, I just don`t understand. I guess the dollar always rules is what we always come back to.

But get this - "Today" show correspondent Jeff Rossen, who`s been repeatedly breaking news about Charlie Sheen, reported this morning that CBS is willing to take Charlie back on "Two and a Half Men."

Now, after "Radar Online" reported the same thing, this is what we asked in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll - CBS reportedly wants Charlie Sheen back on "Two and a Half Men," do you want him back on the show?

Really split here. Forty-eight percent say, "Yes, I miss him." Fifty-two percent say, "No, good riddance." Basically, a tie there, Midwin. What does that say to you?

CHARLES: Well, you know, it`s astonishing. Like I said I think a lot of people out there think that Charlie Sheen is cool. I mean, let`s face it.

HAMMER: Right.

CHARLES: However, if CBS wants him back on that show, they need to be prepared with the aftermath, OK?

HAMMER: Yes.

MIDWIN: They are creating this kind of man who is emboldened to do whatever it is that he wants to do, because there are no clear ramifications.

HAMMER: What`s the definition of insanity? We don`t need to get into that. Midwin Charles, Jane Velez-Mitchell, I thank you both.

SHOWBIZ breaks news. This is wild. The incredible worldwide reaction today to Victoria Jackson`s exclusive interview right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT all about her shocking "Glee" gay kiss rant.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: So you don`t believe you`re homophobic? You just believe in -

V. JACKSON: That`s a cute little buzz word of the liberal agenda. Basically, the Bible says homosexuality is a sin.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Buzz word, really? Well, I`ve got to tell you everyone is talking about this today.

Saving Christina Aguilera. Think about it. The star spangled stumble, her drunken arrest. Well, next, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT reveals how Christina can get back on track. It is a must-see SHOWBIZ special report.

And Bobby Brown speaking out for the very first time. Bobby`s talking about his teenage daughter being caught on tape and appearing to snort cocaine.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I know she just turned 18 years old. Your daughter doing drugs - would you crack her skull?

BOBBY BROWN, MUSICIAN: No, I would do something to her.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views. It`s time for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Michael Lohan arrested on domestic violence charges. Ralph Macchio reveals why he`s doing "Dancing with the Stars."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

RALPH MACCHIO, ACTOR: I just felt the timing was right. I felt that - even though this last year, the remake of the "Karate Kid," my wax on, bleep off video that blew up on "FunnyOrDie."

It just felt like the right connection time. Unless you`re in the Super Bowl, you`re not going to reach this many people on any given night. It`s an unbelievable forum for that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JENNIFER HUDSON, SINGER: I can`t leave him, so I had to bring him with me.

(CROSS TALK)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s just so played you. Look, he`s singing on the mike.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: So how cute is that? That`s Jennifer Hudson`s 19-month-old son, David. J-Hud was on the view today. It looks like David is taking after mom there with that microphone in his hand.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

Time now for a SHOWBIZ special report. Christina in crisis? I, for one, think Christina Aguilera has an incredible voice. But look, it`s no secret she`s stumbled recently. The "Star Spangled Banner" mess, her drunken arrest. Don`t worry, Christina. Today, we`ve got some great advice for you on how to get back on track. No genie in a bottle required here. Here`s SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Brooke Anderson.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON (voice-over): Just two weeks after her shocking night in the slammer for being so intoxicated, deputies said she was, quote, "not able to care for her safety." Christina Aguilera donned a red dress and charmed a group of reporters at a press event for a new NBC singing competition, "The Voice." That day, she told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT -

CHRISTINA AGUILERA, SINGER: I`m on a constant journey. I mean, I wouldn`t be the best I can if I wasn`t always taking the good with the bad and learning from things and experiences.

ANDERSON: But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT wants to know - can Christina`s new TV gig as a vocal coach flip the script? Bonnie Fuller, editor-in-chief "HollywoodLife.com" says it`s a badly needed start.

BONNIE FULLER, EDITOR-IN-CHIEF, "HOLLYWOODLIFE.COM": It just seems like she`s been in a free fall ever since her marriage to Jordan Bratman fell apart. And before that, her new album, "Bionic," bombed and concert tour had to be cancelled. And since then, she`s gone from one low point to another.

ANDERSON: Just how did the 30-year-old entertainer go from Disney darling to damaged diva? In 2002, Aguilera herself questioned the goody-two-shoes image she`s been advised to cultivate as a teenage pop star.

AGUILERA: To me, it was kind of a hyped-up image and (INAUDIBLE), kind of virginal, if you might. Kind of seemed very fake and superficial.

(MUSIC)

ANDERSON: Enter her dirty alter ego, Xtina.

FULLER: It was somewhat like Britney. She had to convince everybody that she was no longer this little girl and that she was sexy and an adult who could have an adult career, and be bad.

ANDERSON: If she was exhibiting that bad behavior in her real life back then, fans weren`t necessarily aware of it, said Hyla, co-host of the syndicated radio show, "The Hollywood Five Countdown."

HYLA, CO-HOST, "THE HOLLYWOOD FIVE COUNTDOWN": There wasn`t social media back then. There wasn`t that type of scrutiny, 24 hours nonstop, relentless TMZ-type of culture. I think it`s magnified now.

ANDERSON: Magnified and scrutinized.

(SINGING)

ANDERSON: Her big screen debut in "Burlesque" bombed. But she made even bigger headlines when she famously flubbed the national anthem at the Super Bowl, then nearly took an embarrassing tumble on stage at the Grammys.

FULLER: It reinforced the concerns about her drinking too much. And then, it`s like, they were all realized. She was arrested for public intoxication.

ANDERSON: The voice could be a reputation reboot. And Fuller is offering Aguilera some sound advice.

FULLER: Make sure that you are as warm and friendly as you can - as can be. Smile a lot. Be down to earth. Do not in any way come across like a diva.

ANDERSON: But it may take more than a voice. It may take her voice to kick start a comeback.

HYLA: Christina Aguilera is a singer. That`s what she is at the end of the day. She needs an album. She needs music. She needs hits on the radio for people to say, "She`s my girl. She`s back."

AGUILERA: I think you can only shine your best whenever you`re able to be yourself.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: That was SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Brooke Anderson. Make sure you check out how Christina does on "The Voice." It makes its premiere on NBC in late April.

All right. So I just checked our "Showbiz on Call" phone lines. This call really stands out. Now, we told you about this bizarre new song by Randy Quaid, all about star whackers. Those are the people that Quaid and his wife think people are out to kill him.

(SINGING)

Listen to what Mary from Oklahoma thinks about all this.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

MARY, CALLER FROM OKLAHOMA: I was calling on that Randy Quaid - whatever you call it - rant kind of thing. And I was thinking maybe he would make a good running mate, vice president for Charlie Sheen.

Put those two together on the stage together on Charlie`s tour or let him run for president and vice president. Maybe we can get something done in this crazy place.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. That was Mary. That`s a great call, Mary. Great idea there. Thank you. Whether or not these star whackers exist, I don`t think that Randy Quaid should quit his day job, you know, playing cousin Eddie in "National Lampoon Vacation" movies? That`s good. Singing, not so good.

Moving on to Rachel Uchitel, P.I. The woman who got a lot of attention during the Tiger Woods scandal is now a private investigator. But what will she be investigating? Well, I go one-on-one with Rachel today in the headline-making SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview.

So who knew 60-year-old Kirstie Alley was just great on "Dancing with the Stars?" Coming up, could Kirstie really win?

Well, you could win a trip to London to cover the excitement of the royal wedding for CNN. Just make an iReport like this one.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Hi, there. The reason I should be the perfect candidate for the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT correspondent at the royal wedding is because my name is Charlotte Sheen. Duh, winning.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Winning. I`m going to tell you how you could be winning a shot at this. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Time for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Miley Cyrus announces international tour dates. Will start in South America. Rainn Wilson talks about Will Ferrell`s guest stint on "The Office."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

RAINN WILSON, ACTOR: He literally called our producers and he said, "I hear Steve is leaving. I`m a huge fan of the show, a huge fan of Steve`s, a good friend of Steve`s. What can I do?" They were like, "Well, come on and do four episodes and he just did it.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Selena Gomez has finally admitted she`s dating Justin Bieber. But today, she`s eating her words for denying it for so long. The 18-year-old Disney star was on "Ellen" today.

You have got to watch Selena just squirming in her seat after Ellen shows a clip of what Selena said in an interview just a few months back.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SELENA GOMEZ, ACTRESS AND SINGER: Oh, brother. He`s little. He`s - no, no, he`s like my little brother. That`s weird -

ELLEN DEGENERES, HOST, "THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW": You`re a cute couple. I`m just saying.

GOMEZ: Don`t take me to jail.

DEGENERES: He`s like your little brother?

GOMEZ: Yes. It`s a great thing to say, huh?

DEGENERES: What do you have to say now?

GOMEZ: Ah, I don`t know. I don`t know.

DEGENERES: Well, you were trying to hide it still, right? But then, now, you`ve made it public. Now, you all went to the "Vanity Fair" party and made me a fool.

GOMEZ: No, I really didn`t.

DEGENERES: Yes, you did!

GOMEZ: I promise - I promise you I didn`t. He`s just sweet.

DEGENERES: He`s sweet as can be, but he`s not like your little brother, is he?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: That`s pretty funny. I think we should all give Selena some slack here. And to all those people, by the way, who are hating on her for dating Justin Bieber, would you back off already?

All right. Right now, it`s the SHOWBIZ royals watch. Here`s your chance to enter to win a trip for two to London to cover the excitement of the royal wedding. All you have to do is send us a video of why you think you should be CNN`s royal wedding iReporter. Kind of like Christina from Nevada.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CHRISTINA, IREPORTER FROM NEVADA: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT audition take one. Hi, there. The reason I should be the perfect candidate for the correspondent at the royal wedding, my name is Charlotte Sheen. Duh - winning.

My father served in the military for this great country for 30 years. There`s no way I could make my father prouder than having me represent America.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Thanks, Christina. To make it clear, she`s not charlotte Sheen. Now, what you need to do is head on over to "iReport.com/royalty wedding." We would love for you to send us your iReport, because if it`s picked as the big winner, you are off to London. And remember, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Brooke Anderson is off to London. She`s covering the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: So you don`t believe you`re homophobic. You just believe in -

V. JACKSON: That`s a cute little buzz word of the liberal agenda. Basically, the Bible says homosexuality is a sin.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: The stunning worldwide reaction as a new "Glee" firestorm erupts today.

Rachel Uchitel, P.I. The woman who got a lot of attention during the Tiger Woods scandal is now a private investigator. What will she be investigating? Rachel Uchitel right here today for a headline-making SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview.

Kirstie kicks butt. Kirstie Alley surprises everyone on "Dancing with the Stars." Could she actually win?

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

And once again, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT breaks news today. It was absolutely unavoidable - the overwhelming reaction and fallout today from SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s explosive interview with the former "Saturday Night Live" star, Victoria Jackson.

Now, Victoria came on our show to defend her controversial comments slamming "Glee" for showing a romantic kiss between two of the show`s gay teen characters.

Well, we could have never imagined the brand-new firestorm her interview with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT sparked today online, in print, and on air.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

V. JACKSON: The Bible says homosexuality is a sin.

HAMMER (voice-over): The smoke is finally clearing today after former "Saturday Night Live" star Victoria Jackson`s explosive headline-making interview right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with Brooke Anderson.

V. JACKSON: I`ve noticed that the liberal agenda is anti-Christ - I mean, anti-Jesus -

ANDERSON: Let`s keep this focused on "Glee."

HAMMER: The focus was on "Glee" because Jackson was on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT to explain her super-controversial comments slamming "Glee" for showing a same-sex kiss between teen characters, Kurt and Blaine.

DARREN CRISS, ACTOR: We should practice.

CHRIS COLFER, ACTOR: I thought we were.

HAMMER: Well, here`s what Victoria Jackson, who is now a conservative pundit, wrote on her blog, "Did you see `Glee` this week? Sickening. And besides shoving the gay thing down our throats, they made a mockery of Christians again." SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Brooke Anderson asked her about that.

ANDERSON: Basically, you are being accused of being homophobic. How do you respond to that?

V. JACKSON: Well, I`m - it doesn`t matter what I think. What matters is what the Bible says.

HAMMER: Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you Jackson`s unrepentant interview on our show made headlines around the world today. It was big news on "HuffingtonPost.com," AOL`s "PopEater.com," Perez Hilton`s site, countless "Glee" blogs and the "HollywoodReporter.com."

LINDSAY POWERS, "THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER": When we twittered that story and put it on Facebook, people were immediately up in arms on both sides saying that that kiss was unacceptable.

And there were also people that were attacking Victoria for making such inflammatory statements and being homophobic.

HAMMER: But when Jackson appeared on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT to explain her comments, not only did she not back down. She doubled down.

ANDERSON: Some are saying the show could actually be helping kids.

(CROSS TALK)

V. JACKSON: OK. I would like - no, it`s not helping. Did you - they should have - they should have a celibacy campaign, and tell kids 50 percent of teenagers now have this new STD from oral sex. That`s what they should be, you know, doing instead of trying to make kids gay.

V. JACKSON: My name is Victoria Jackson, I`m currently playing myself on "Saturday Night Live."

HAMMER: Victoria Jackson was a member of one of "Saturday Night Live`s" most popular casts ever, in the late `80s, early `90s. But in the years since she left "SNL," Victoria Jackson has become an outspoken tea party conservative, contributing blogs and Web videos to right-leaning Web sites.

(SINGING)

V. JACKSON: Wait a minute. Did you know the Muslims are trying to tear down the Statue of Liberty? I just want to know why the liberals are pro- Muslim and pro-gay?

And today, as Jackson`s shocking interview with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT continues to dominate discussion online, our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook page was flooded with comments.

Mindy A. writes, quote, "Someone needs to stand up for Christians. What Victoria Jackson said was politically incorrect, but morally correct."

But Amber S. writes, quote, "While she`s busy booing the gay `Glee` kiss, she should realize our country would be better off if our country weren`t so judgmental. It`s the same thing as bullying."

One thing`s for sure, with Jackson standing by the blunt comments she made on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT -

V. JACKSON: Secular humanism rules the airwaves.

(SINGING)

HAMMER: She likely won`t be the next celebrity invited to sing on "Glee."

Well, today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT reached out to both "Glee" and the show`s creator, Ryan Murphy. Both told us they will not be commenting on Victoria Jackson`s statements.

And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT breaks news right now with another SHOWBIZ news maker interview, Rachel Uchitel. Now, she got a lot of attention during the Tiger Woods scandal. She`s been on "Celebrity Rehab."

And now, Rachel has become a private eye. I need to know why. Rachel, it`s nice to meet you. Congratulations. I understand you graduated top of your class from the P.I. school.

RACHEL UCHITEL, PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR: I did.

HAMMER: And look, you`ve been through a lot of ups and downs over the past couple of years, getting linked to the Tiger Woods scandal very early on.

You went through addiction issues on "Celebrity Rehab." And now, you`re a private investigator. What`s the story there? Because that was always like a childhood fantasy of mine. What drew you to this?

UCHITEL: Well, who doesn`t want to be like a cop or a private investigator? You know, what happened to me after "Celebrity Rehab," I really took time out to try to figure out what I wanted to do.

And I couldn`t figure it out so I went toward a hobby. I went towards trying to learn something new. And it turned into something that became now a career. I just got lucky. I really did.

HAMMER: I`ve got to tell you, it struck me as odd, you know, and I`m happy for you that you found this new passion, and you figured it out. But going through being a P.I., you would want to think, "What qualifications do I have?"

And then I think people are wondering the same thing. What qualifications do you have to be a private investigator?

UCHITEL: Well, I`ve passed the course, so those are the qualifications that I need.

HAMMER: There you go.

UCHITEL: But beyond that, you know - listen, I have lived many lives, OK? And I have a lot of life experience, and just being resourceful, being smart. I worked for a lot of very smart people.

And I think it`s brought me to where I am now. I`m always curious about things. I used to be a reporter and a producer. And this is something that I feel like I can give people a chance to be heard that are underdogs, or people that are missing and don`t have a voice and can`t speak for themselves.

And you know, I love those types of shows. I watch those shows every night - "NANCY GRACE," "JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL." And I follow those things. And now, I can actually be part of it. That`s why I chose to do it.

HAMMER: Yes. Well, you know what it is like to endure scrutiny. Certainly, you endured your share of the tabloid scrutiny.

UCHITEL: Yes.

HAMMER: But I can`t think of how many TV shows that I`ve watched or movies where you always see the private eye who`s sort of hanging out, slumped low in a car, kind of watching for the cheating spouse thing.

And I think people naturally assume that was the road you were going to take. I want to read what you told the "New York Post" about that, and why you`re not doing it.

You did say, "Obviously, people want to go down the cheating road, and assume it`s all about me finding cheating spouses. But I`m less interested in that. I`m more interested in cases that haven`t made it on `NANCY GRACE` or `JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL,` but are just as important."

Thank you, by the way, for the shout out there to my HLN colleagues, Jane Velez-Mitchell and Nancy Grace. Why not go down that road? Why not investigate the cheating spouses?

UCHITEL: OK. It doesn`t really interest me that much, you know. I`m more interested in fighting for people that are lost or fighting for people that have lost something.

You know, the closest feeling that I have to that is after September 11th, on that day my fiance was missing, and I couldn`t find him. And that is the worst feeling, of searching for somebody and not knowing what happened.

And I think that somehow, you know, now, nine-and-a-half years later, I understand that feeling, and I want to solve that feeling. I want people to have an end to their nightmare and find out what happened or find the person they`re missing. And that really to me is important.

HAMMER: Yes. That`s very admirable and I think it`s terrific that you want to do that. I think a lot of people naturally had that sort of knee- jerk reaction when they heard you were going to be a P.I.

UCHITEL: Sure.

HAMMER: So it`s not so much about the fact that sounds like that you wanted to distance yourself from anything having to do with cheating or that kind of an image.

UCHITEL: Sure. And I understand it`s tabloid-y and that`s what people want to make it out to be. But that`s why I chose to go to school to do this. I wanted the credibility behind me.

I wanted the knowledge and I wanted people to know that if I get a job doing this, it`s because, you know, I deserve to get the job, and I won the job out from people that are qualified.

HAMMER: Right.

UCHITEL: Not just because I`m a pseudo-celebrity.

HAMMER: Well, good luck. And it sounds like you`re doing it for the right reasons. Rachel Uchitel, it`s nice to meet you. And just answer one last question - will you be carrying a weapon?

UCHITEL: Yes, in some states.

HAMMER: That`s important to know. All right. Rachel, thanks so much.

UCHITEL: Sure.

HAMMER: Moving on right now, you know, Kirstie is kicking butt. Did you see this last night? I couldn`t believe my eyes. Kirstie Alley, I think, surprised everyone on "Dancing with the Stars."

(MUSIC)

And the question we`re asking today - could Kirstie actually win it all? And who`s your favorite?

Bobby Brown`s drug revelations about his daughter. Bobby speaking out today about his teen daughter being caught on tape appearing to snort cocaine.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I know she just turned 18 years old. If you caught her doing drugs, would you crack her skull?

B. BROWN: Oh, no, no, no. I would do something to her.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: So does Bobby and Whitney Houston`s daughter have a drug problem?

Also, Kate Walsh, a loser? Why the "Private Practice" star calls herself a loser today. That is coming up. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Time for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Justin Bieber, Rihanna, U2 on Japan disaster benefit album. Liv Tyler tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she`s proud of dad Steven on "Idol."

LIV TYLER, ACTRESS: Good. I don`t always get to watch it because I`m traveling regularly. But I love when I see it and I`m so proud of him.

HAMMER: Look at Kirstie go, strutting her stuff in the season premiere of "Dancing with the Stars." Kirstie and her partner scored a pretty solid 23 out of 30 with their sizzling cha-cha.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. And we`re going to get to the big buzz all over Kirstie`s moves in just a moment.

But first, Brown`s blowout. Yes. Just in today, Chris Brown dominating the headlines today after he reportedly stormed off the set of "Good Morning America" and went on an angry rampage.

Now, Chris was reportedly enraged after "GMA`s" Robin Roberts asked him a perfectly suitable question about his ex, Rihanna. Of course, Chris has been on the road to revamping his image ever since he was convicted of beating Rihanna. But this brand-new shocker today may have put Chris back where he was a two years ago.

Joining me right now in New York, HLN`s own Joy Behar. Of course, you can catch her on "THE JOY BEHAR SHOW," weeknights, 10:00 p.m. Eastern right here on HLN.

All right, Joy. Let`s get right to it here. We`re going to take a look at what happened when Robin Roberts asked Chris about Rihanna on "Good Morning America" today. Let`s roll that.

JOY BEHAR, HOST, "THE JOY BEHAR SHOW": OK.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ROBERTS: What`s going on now is that recently, the restraining order against you that Rihanna had issued has been relaxed. Have you all seen each other, been around each other?

C. BROWN: I mean, not really. I mean, it`s not really a big deal to me now as far as that situation. I think I`m past that in my life. Today`s the album day, so that`s what I`m focused on, so everybody go get that album.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. Look, I get it. He`s focused on his music. He says he`s moved on. But look, people are very interested in him and Rihanna. And he was reportedly told that Robin did plan to ask about Rihanna.

BEHAR: Right.

HAMMER: So Joy, would it surprise you at all if all the reports are true, that Chris went off the deep end like this after everything he`s been through?

BEHAR: Well, that is his M.O., isn`t it? I mean, why would we be surprised? It`s like being surprised that Charlie Sheen, you know, is on cocaine again. You know, this is - as night follows day, that`s what these people are into.

HAMMER: And he doesn`t seem to get it and why somebody has taken -

BEHAR: It`s not about him. It`s not about him, OK? It`s just an interview. We`re speculating - we`re going to speculate on my show later whether he would have responded that way if Robin Roberts were a guy instead of a - you know, especially an African-American woman who`s talking about an incident that included an African-American woman, Rihanna.

So it`s a little bit tricky for him to maybe talk to her. And I`m sure there`s a little chauvinism in there with this guy also.

HAMMER: Yes. I just don`t understand why he hasn`t figure out a way to gracefully answer the questions that were going to be asked of him and particularly, there was news related to the restraining order being relaxed.

But look, we know that Chris completed his probation. That had anger management classes involved. If you think about it, he had a chance today, Joy, to show that he`s a changed man.

But clearly, if he did go ballistic, I`m thinking he`s got a long way to go to prove he`s changed, if he has changed at all. I mean, do you think that Chris just blew it in terms of revamping his image at this point?

BEHAR: Well, I guess so. I mean, I`m not a publicist and I don`t care if he`s renewing his image or anything. But I mean, the point is he might have thrown glass on to 43rd Street and I might have been walking under it. That`s the most important point here.

HAMMER: Yes. And that would have been bad?

BEHAR: Yes.

HAMMER: All right. Let`s move on right now, because there`s another story just in today, Joy - Kirstie Alley`s stunning debut on "Dancing with the Stars."

BEHAR: Stunning -

HAMMER: Now, she blew the judges away, Joy, with her cha-cha. She even had Bruno calling her the best of the night. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there after her big performance. And she tells us her good performance was all about her bad boy partner. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIRSTIE ALLEY, ACTRESS: I have a way with the bad boys. I mean, I always have. I always will. Because the way you handle bad boys - you feed them. You give them candy. You compliment them and you make them laugh. Then they`re like -

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I`ve got to say I was really surprised at how much she turned up the heat last night, Joy. But going into our little chat here, I was reminded that you have a little history with Kirstie. Were you rooting for her by any chance?

BEHAR: Not particularly.

HAMMER: No?

BEHAR: I mean, she was a little nasty to me on Twitter several months ago. She`s got like some kind of an issue with me. I don`t really know where it`s coming from. She called me "Joy Be-whore." And I just think that - I took it as a compliment.

HAMMER: All right. Well, then, maybe you should be rooting for her in that case.

BEHAR: Well, you know, I have to say, you know, I don`t have anything personal with her. I don`t know her. But she did very good. She did a very good job on "Dancing." You know, poor Wendy Williams, though. She needs more training. She was - I like Wendy though. She`s funny.

HAMMER: Is Wendy your top pick? Because you have Ralph Macchio, of course - "Karate Kid."

BEHAR: Macchio is great. Oh, yes. He`s like the Italian Fred Astaire. We like him. And who else? I love that model, Petra Nemcova.

HAMMER: Petra Nemcova.

BEHAR: She`s adorable. We had her on the show last week. And she talked about, you know, the terrible time she had.

HAMMER: Yes.

BEHAR: I don`t think people understand what she went through.

HAMMER: No. That`s why I`m rooting for her as well.

BEHAR: She was hanging onto a branch for eight hours in a tsunami in Thailand while she had a broken pelvis - for eight hours.

HAMMER: That`s unbelievable. Joy -

BEHAR: And now she`s dancing, she`s my real pick.

HAMMER: All right. Got it. Got to go. Joy, always great to see you. Bobby Brown`s drug revelations about his young daughter. For the first time today, Bobby reveals the real story behind his daughter being caught on tape and appearing to snort cocaine. That`s next.

B. BROWN: She is just fine. It was just something that - you know, something that happened.
