OPRAH WINFREY, HOST, "THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW": During the time you were married to him, did you suspect a drug problem?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

Baby for Beyonce? Beyonce`s mom finally sets the record straight today over all those reports Beyonce and Jay-Z are expecting.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from Hollywood with Brooke Anderson.

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: Yes. And A.J., there`s big news breaking today - a gleeful apology? For the very first time we are hearing today from one of the stars of "Glee" who posed for those outrageously sexy pictures in "GQ" magazine.

HAMMER: Yes, Brooke. Those pictures generated even more heat today, and not because the pictures are so hot. It`s because they have made so many people so hot under the collar. The outrage is over the fact that stars of the hit show "Glee" play teenagers on the show, and stripping down for racy pictures have some people suggesting they are bait for child molesters.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you today at least one of the stars who almost took it all off is saying today she is sorry, sort of.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) On the hit musical comedy TV series, "Glee," the high school- age characters express their disapproval by pelting enemies with ice cold slushies. Well, no one`s throwing slushies today, but SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you the cast of "Glee" is catching plenty of flak today for this steamy new "GQ" photo spread where "Glee" cast members appear in their best sexy schoolgirl poses.

SHERRI SHEPHERD, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": You underestimate it.

(CROSS TALK)

HAMMER: On "The View" this morning, World War III broke out over "Glee`s" sexy "GQ" photos.

SHEPHERD: This show is a teen show. Now, you want to make your money off the backs of the kids who watch it.

HAMMER: The conservative watchdog group, Parents Television Council, slams "Glee`s" "GQ" photo spread saying it bordered on pedophilia.

KATIE COURIC, ANCHOR, "CBS EVENING NEWS": As Seth Meyers might say on "Weekend Update," really?

HAMMER: And in a biting new online commentary "CBS Evening News" anchor and "Glee" fan, Katie Couric was anything but gleeful about the "GQ" photo spread.

COURIC: These very adult photos of young women who perform in a family show just seem so un-"Glee"-like. As Mr. Schuster might say to the club, "I`m really disappointed."

HAMMER: Now, today, for the first time, "Glee" cast members are responding to all the heat they`re taking for their super hot "GQ" pics.

DIANNA AGRON, ACTRESS: Tell me why I should be singing with you.

HAMMER: Today, Dianna Agron, who plays the cheerleader, Quinn, on "Glee," is apologizing - sort of - for the "GQ" photo spread she did with fellow cast members Lea Michele and Cory Monteith.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

On her blog, Agron writes, "In the land of Madonna, Britney, Miley, "Gossip Girl," other public figures and shows that have pushed the envelope and challenged the levels of comfort in their viewers and fans, we are not the first."

"Now, in perpetuating the type of images that evoke these kind of emotions, I am sorry. If you are hurt or these photos make you uncomfortable, it was never our intention."

MELANIE BROMLEY, "US WEEKLY": Dianna admits that she wasn`t necessarily comfortable with this photo shoot. She says if she had a choice, she wouldn`t have necessarily dressed up and posed in the way that she did. But Dianna definitely takes responsibility and says that she didn`t walk away from it.

But Agron`s apology only goes so far. Responding to claims the "Glee" "GQ" photos aren`t good for families, Agron fires back, "If your eight- year-old has a copy of our `GQ` cover in hand, again, I am sorry, but I would have to ask, how on earth did it get there?"

HAMMER: Now, another cast member is dismissing the controversy.

MARK SALLING, ACTOR: Personally, I think it`s not a big girl.

HAMMER: Mark Salling, who plays Puck on "Glee" but wasn`t in the "GQ" photo shoot called into L.A. radio station, Kiss FM, last night to defend his cast mates. He points out everyone in the "GQ" photos is over 21.

SALLING: I mean, come on. We`re obviously not in high school. It`s kind of tongue-in-cheek that we`re in high school, so, you know, whatever.

HAMMER: And while the "Glee" cast members aren`t exactly kids in real life, neither are most of the show`s viewers. Today`s "New York Daily News" points out, of the 12.1 million people who watched the first new episodes of "Glee" this season, only 1.44 million were under 17.

JENNIFER ARMSTRONG, "ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY": It feels a little disappointing.

HAMMER: But "Entertainment Weekly`s" Jennifer Armstrong tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT no matter their ages, the "Glee" cast took things too far in "GQ."

ARMSTRONG: To have this sort of, not just sexualized, but kind of fetishized, very provocative shoot, that doesn`t seem necessary.

HAMMER: With headline after headline debating the provocative "Glee" photos, it`s become the biggest controversy of the week. It just goes to show you what happens when one of the hottest shows on TV gets just a little too hot.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

And the debate just keeps getting hotter today. "Glee`s" Dianna Agron`s brand-new apology over the "GQ" spread leads to today`s SHOWBIZ Flashpoint - do you think the "Glee" stars have anything to apologize for?

Right now, from New York, we are so pleased to have Dean Cain. He`s the star of the fabulous must-see new movie, "The Way Home," that makes its world premiere on the Gospel Music Channel this Sunday. And Dean, we hear it is fantastic.

And right now, in Hollywood with us, Wendy Walsh, TV journalist and doctor of psychology.

Look, to me, Dianna Agron didn`t have to apologize for anything about these photos. But, look, I commend her for making her apology to anybody who might have been offended. It was the nice thing to do.

But, Dean, to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, do you think the "Glee" stars have anything to apologize for here?

DEAN CAIN, ACTOR: Well, I`ve never seen the show, personally, but I might start watching it now. Honestly, no. I don`t think they have anything to apologize for. These are adults and they can do as they wish and I have no problem with it whatsoever.

I make a lot of family-friendly movies. I make some that aren`t so much so. But these are actors. These are individuals. These are grown adults. And yes, they can shoot anything they want to.

I feel like apologizing for it is ridiculous. I know they`re characters on a show, but that`s just way overboard.

ANDERSON: Well, I agree with you they are adults, and because of that, I don`t necessarily think they need it apologize. Do I think it was an unwise move on their part to pose like this? Yes, I do.

But, Wendy, to the SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, do you think these "Glee" stars have anything to apologize for?

WENDY WALSH, TV JOURNALIST AND DOCTOR OF PSYCHOLOGY: I think they got what they wanted, which was more viewers for "Glee." They don`t have to - I`m a loyal fan. It`s the only show I watch with my kids. My kids don`t read "GQ" so I`m not worried about that.

And the show does so much good and has so many positive messages. It features positive characters who may be overweight or have disabilities or be gay or whatever, and it is all good and positive stuff. So I love the show.

HAMMER: And let`s be clear, the actors, the characters are sexualized in the show, not to the degree they are in "GQ." That is certainly heightened -

ANDERSON: It`s not for young kids. It tackles subjects -

WALSH: I think their concern -

ANDERSON: That I don`t think young kids are mature enough to handle or process appropriately.

WALSH: Sort of. I think their concern is that it happened - the photo shoot - in a school, in, you know, cheerleader wear, et cetera. And does that bring about notions of pedophilia? Well, hopefully, not to our children.

HAMMER: Well, Dianna Agron`s apology made the point that "GQ" - look, it`s a magazine for grownups. So if an eight-year-old got a hold of it, how the heck did they get a hold of it?

On "The View" this morning, Sherri Shepherd took issue with Barbara Walters. Barbara made a similar argument saying, you know, "GQ" is a lot easier to get than you think, that`s what Sherri said.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BARBARA WALTERS, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER AND CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Most young kids that might be affected, eight years old, 10 years old - they`re in the going through "GQ."

SHEPHERD: That`s not true. That`s not true, Barbara, because, you know what? You talking like this is "Playboy." "Playboy" is in a little Mylar bag. "GQ" - you can buy like you can buy "TV Guide."

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

SHEPHERD: You can you see "GQ" as a 10-year-old in the grocery store.

WALTERS: What do you want? Are you mad at the magazine? Are you made at "Glee"? Are you mad at these young women?

SHEPHERD: I think they should take responsibility for it.

WALTER: Who is "they"? Who is "they"?

SHEPHERD: You know what? I don`t know. I don`t like seeing those pictures there.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I mean, Sherri`s just so hot - she`s so mad she doesn`t know who to be angry at. Look, I don`t think you need to be angry at anybody. But if you have to point fingers, point them at everybody - the magazine, the show, the cast members - they all signed off on this.

Dean, you play a dad in your new film, "The Way Home," that debuts Sunday on the Gospel Music Channel. Of course, you`re a father in real life. Can you understand Sherri`s frustration?

CAIN: I understand her frustration but I couldn`t disagree with her more. I have a 10-year-old at home. If he was looking at that, I would know. It`s a parental responsibility. We don`t need it - don`t legislate in the bedroom. Stay out of it.

You know, these are adults. You can`t marry them to one character because they play a character in high school. Obviously, they`re publicizing their show. But they`re adults. Let them do as they wish. And if people don`t want to watch, it it`s fine.

WALSH: But it does take a village - it does take a village.

ANDERSON: It does.

WALSH: And this is a very sexualized village we live in, especially when you`re raising young girls like I am. It makes it hard sometimes.

ANDERSON: And it`s hard to keep them away from this sort of material, because it`s easily accessible.

WALSH: It`s on the Internet.

ANDERSON: "GQ" subscriptions - yes, it`s all over the Internet, don`t you think? And you know, Sharon Osbourne is one of the parents out there who, like Dean, is not outraged over the "GQ" spread.

Today, on the brand-new the daytime talk show she`s a part of, she said it`s all about perspective and that we have to remember that they`re not kids. They`re adults pretending to be kids and that they`re actors. Do you get where she`s coming from.

WALSH: I totally get it. And also the venue - I mean, if they were in a different magazine that was aimed at children, if I saw them in one of my teeny bopper magazines dressed like that, I would be far more outraged. And as I said, there`s still more positive to "Glee" than this one (UNINTELLIGIBLE).

ANDERSON: "GQ" is for adult men, and for some reason adult men like raunchy crotch shots.

CAIN: If it was on TV, it would be a problem. I agree.

(CROSS TALK)

ANDERSON: Yes, you`re right. All right. Dean Cain, looking forward to your new film, "The Way Home." It debuts this Sunday on the Gospel Music Channel. Wendy Walsh, we thank you, too.

HAMMER: Well, Brooke, we have got to move on to this next incredible story. Lisa Marie Presley`s stunning Michael Jackson confession to Oprah today - M.J.`s demons. Her heartbreaking decision. For the first time, M.J.`s ex-wife is breaking her silence.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LISA MARIE PRESLEY, MICHAEL JACKSON EX-WIFE: There was a very profound point in the marriage when he had to make a decision - was it the drugs and the sort of vampires or me? And he pushed me away.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Lisa Marie`s dramatic revelations today. Baby for Beyonce? The world is on baby bump watch after reports that baby could make three for B and J. Today. Beyonce`s mom finally sets the record straight.

That sexy Russian spy, Anna Chapman, who got busted for selling American secrets - she`s now gone from undercover to uncovered.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN NATIONAL CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Anna Chapman went from her busted spy mug shot to her cover shot in the Russian version of "Maxim."

(END VIDEO CLIP) v

HAMMER: It may be the Russian version of "Maxim," but I`m pretty sure this picture needs no translation. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, filthy but obscure with a subtle scatological undertone?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Sure, no problem. $25 please.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Pay the man, boy.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Is Homer Simpson Catholic? And why does the Vatican even care? Well, a Vatican publication just proudly announced that the Simpsons are a part of the flock.

But a Simpson`s show producer tells "EntertainmentWeekly.com," heck no. That`s in the true. He said Homer couldn`t be catholic because he won`t give up meat on Friday. That makes sense.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood with Brooke Anderson.

ANDERSON: A.J., we`re talking about celebrities taking a stand from Jack Black to Lady Gaga to Alec Baldwin and George Clooney. With the mid-term elections just days away, celebrities are using their star power to support big issues from the crisis in Darfur to gay marriage.

It`s a SHOWBIZ special report today - stars getting political.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JACK BLACK, ACTOR: Did you hear Obama is going to kill our grandmas?

ANDERSON (voice-over): Jack Black takes on critics of health care reform.

LADY GAGA, POP STAR: I thought equality was non-negotiable.

ANDERSON: And George Clooney is speaking out on Sudan. In the buildup to the midterm elections, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you stars are getting political. But in this volatile political year, Hollywood Democrats are mostly steering clear of specific races.

"Variety`s" Ted Johnson blogs about Hollywood and politics.

TED JOHNSON, "VARIETY MAGAZINE": A lot of celebrities are thinking, you know, is it really worth it to get involved in these campaigns that have really gone negative and have really gone negative very quickly.

ANDERSON: Instead of publicly endorsing candidates, many stars are focusing on issues instead. Lady Gaga rallied opponents of the military`s "Don`t Ask, Don`t Tell" policy.

LADY GAGA: We`re going to war for you and you and you and you and you but not you, because you`re gay!

ANDERSON: And stars posted anti-"Don`t Ask, Don`t Tell" videos to the Web site, "Funny or Die" using humor to make their viewpoint.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I don`t think you can (UNINTELLIGIBLE) domestic scene if you`re wearing a tutu. And I don`t think it stinks. And that`s when Russia is going to get the drop on us when I`m in the middle of some hot lesbo army shower action.

ANDERSON: George Clooney appeared on Capitol Hill to sound the alarm about Sudan joined by a Republican senator.

JOHNSON: George Clooney isn`t out there on the campaign trail for midterm candidates. He was at the White House talking to the president about Darfur.

ANDERSON: A few left-leaning candidates are wading into choppy partisan waters.

BLACK: Talk to anybody? (UNINTELLIGIBLE) the devil.

ANDERSON: Jack Black plays a devious character spreading misinformation about health care reform in a new series of Web videos.

BLACK: Obama care is a socialist plot.

ANDERSON: And away from cameras, liberals like Warren Beatty, Annette Benning and Steven Spielberg have attended fundraisers for Democratic candidates.

Celebrity conservatives are the ones actually hitting the stump.

JOHNSON: People like Jon Voight, people like Janine Turner, people like Pat Boone who had a tea party rally in Beverly Hills -

ANDERSON: Another sign that this election, even in Hollywood, is far from politics as usual.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: All right. Danny Glover and Melissa Etheridge are the latest celebrities to get political. Both of them attended a pro-Proposition 19 event today, which would legalize marijuana in California.

All right. A.J., there`s an explosive debate on our showbiz Facebook page, viewers coming from both sides of this whole "Glee" gone wild sexy "GQ" photo debate. Some are saying, "Hey, I`m outraged." Others are saying, "What`s the big deal."

HAMMER: Yes. (UNINTELLIGIBLE). I want to a couple of them right now. Let me get to this one. This is Wayne F. who says, "The fact that these people portray high school students makes this just wrong."

Megan just posted, "I don`t know what the big deal is. If parents don`t want their kids seeing this, don`t let them look. It`s not the `Glee` stars` job to shield kids and it is not `GQ`s` either."

Oh, wow, Jwoww! Could the "Jersey Shore" star actually be getting some big bucks for posing in "Playboy?" Whatever will she do? Do you think Jwoww should just take the money and run? Run, I say.

Well, it`s a day of star true confessions today. Christina Aguilera`s first true confession today since saying sayonara to her husband. Is Christina`s marriage totally over? Christina getting the record straight today.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from Hollywood with Brooke Anderson.

ANDERSON: And A.J., there`s big news breaking today - true confessions, beginning with Lisa Marie Presley`s stunning new interview today with Oprah Winfrey finally revealed.

HAMMER: Yes, Brooke. Lisa Marie Presley has remained silent about Michael Jackson since the pop star died suddenly over a year ago, until today.

I can tell you that Lisa Marie has just dropped a boat load of bombshell confessions about her marriage to Michael Jackson and the drug use that took a terrible toll on their marriage and eventually tore them apart.

Right now, in New York, Dean Cain. Dean is the star of a fantastic new movie called "The Way Home." It makes its premiere on the GMC Network this Sunday. You`ve got to catch it, and it`s then available on DVD on Tuesday.

Also, right now, with us in Hollywood, Wendy Walsh, a TV journalist and a doctor of psychology.

Look, I think I can safely say the world was shocked when Lisa Marie Presley married Michael Jackson back in 1994, no matter what you thought about it. But a lot of people really thought it was a publicity stunt that, she and Michael were doing it for all of the press.

And today, Lisa Marie drew parallels to her father, Elvis Presley. And it really was outstanding to me to hear her describe how drugs tore her marriage to Michael apart. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PRESLEY: There was a very profound point in the marriage when he had to make a decision - was it the drugs and the sort of vampires or me? And he pushed me away.

WINFREY: Vampires?

PRESLEY: Meaning people that are sort of spiders, vampires, sycophants -

WINFREY: Sucking his blood?

PRESLEY: Yes.

WINFREY: So you saw that all around him?

PRESLEY: Oh, god, yes.

WINFREY: Yes.

PRESLEY: The one thing that correlates with Michael and with my father on this subject is that they had the luxury of creating whatever reality around them they wanted to create.

They could have the kinds of people who were going to go with their program or not go with their program. And if they weren`t, then they could be disposed of. When it`s this unusual reality in an ivory tower and this god-like life mixed with an addiction, that`s when you get into trouble.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: So fascinating to me, Lisa Marie describing Michael Jackson sort of in the same way she described her dad, Elvis, as someone who was so powerful. Yet, she says that she was powerless against Michael`s addiction to drugs and all of his enablers.

Given that so many people didn`t believe their marriage was real to begin with, I`ve got to tell you, I was surprised to hear this is why their marriage ended. Dean, what about you?

CAIN: Yes, I agree with you 100 percent. I thought it was a publicity stunt 100 percent and I wasn`t shocked when it ended.

But I have to be honest. Had she come out - and I`m not criticizing her in the least. But had she come out and had this interview while he was still alive, you know, maybe there`s a chance he wouldn`t have passed.

ANDERSON: Oh, good point. And I`ve got to say hearing Lisa Marie describing just how deep Michael`s addictions were and how he really did surround himself with enablers is truly disturbing.

But at the same time, Lisa Marie`s confessions today do make it crystal clear to me that it was only a matter of time before he succumbed to his addiction. I don`t know - I mean, I don`t know if he could have been saved if she had spoken out earlier. But, Wendy, she saw it coming down the tracks, didn`t she?

WALSH: First of all, their love affair is textbook. It`s classic daddy love, because she went from the King to the King of Pop, so it`s really understandable. Secondly, you know, people medicate their emotional pain with drugs. So by the time it - and he lives in the land of no no`s as I like to call it, right?

HAMMER: Exactly.

WALSH: Where there`s -

ANDERSON: He was coddled -

WALSH: So there are no boundaries anywhere. And that is a prescription for disaster and, sadly, that`s the disaster we saw.

ANDERSON: Absolutely.

HAMMER: The fact she got out relatively unscathed is pretty astounding.

WALSH: Exactly.

HAMMER: As we could see, there were so many people who doubted, who really wondered whether Lisa Marie and Michael`s marriage was a real deal or if it was a sham.

You`ve got to hear the way that Lisa Marie described to Oprah today her love for Michael comparing that to a drug. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PRESLEY: I have never felt so high if my life. I had never felt so high in my life as that and I am not lying when I say that. He had something so intoxicating about him.

And when he was on and when he was ready to share with you or give it to you and be himself and allow you to come in, I don`t know if I`ve ever been that intoxicated by anything.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. So the marriage was real for her part of it. It certainly clears up her side of the story. But really, we`re never going to know for sure what, if anything, Michael, felt.

Dean do you think this will finally debunk the myth that her marriage to Michael was a sham?

CAIN: For me it does, absolutely, because I - again, I didn`t believe it for a second. You know, just being someone out there in TV world, I didn`t buy it for a second.

But this clearly shows a little something else. And you know, he was such a strange guy, though. You know, you don`t really know what he knew. People said he was so child-like and you hear so many different stories about him.

Have I to revert to this - and I refer to the psychologist on this one. This is too much for me to really be able to answer.

ANDERSON: He certainly was very eccentric.

WALSH: We`re all infantile in our relationships. I like to say we save the worst part of our personalities for those we love the most.

ANDERSON: Oh, which is awful. All right. Well, from one bombshell confession to another. The wife of superstar quarterback, Brett Favre, is breaking her silence today.

Favre, of course, is being investigated by the NFL for allegedly sending sexually suggestive messages and pictures to a female reporter who worked for the New York Jets back in 2008.

Brett`s wife, Deanna Favre, was on "Good Morning America" earlier today to plug her new book. And when asked how she`s been dealing with what her husband allegedly did, Deanna revealed what`s helping her get through it.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DEANNA FAVRE, WIFE OF BRETT FAVRE: I can tell you that faith. You know, obviously I`m a woman faith and faith has gotten me through many difficult struggles. It will get me through this one and that`s the reason Shane and I wrote the book, "The Cure for the Chronic Life."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: What a classy woman. She could have cancelled that interview. But instead, she not only did the interview, but she was willing to face the tough questions. Wendy, that could not have been easy for her but she relied on her faith.

WALSH: I got to say she looks a lot like the female reporter, too, doesn`t she? Obviously, this was tough for her. And if there are a few people out there still diluted or shocked by what I`m about to say, I would say that most wives of professional athletes have to live with the delusion that their husband is not faithful.

The whole culture of sports raises young men to be somewhat promiscuous. And I`m sorry, but that`s the majority. I can`t say a hundred percent. That`s no secret.

(CROSS TALK)

ANDERSON: Professional athletes, a lot of times, have trouble with monogamy.

WALSH: Right.

HAMMER: They certainly have to work out what`s going to happen with their marriage. But I do want to move on to a marriage that doesn`t look like it is working out. It`s Christina Aguilera and her bombshell confession revealed today in the December issue of "Red Book" magazine.

Now, this is the first time we`re hearing from her since she filed for divorce from her husband of five years, Jordan Bratman. Listen to what she is saying. I think it`s amazing she`s speaking out.

"It`s not easy and there have been a lot of tears and sadness. It`s impossible to redefine yourself and your life overnight. Thankfully, I have my mom and a small group of close friends who are there for me 24/7 and whom I can trust and depend on."

On days when it feels impossible to even get out of bed, much less function as a mother, their support and encouragement have kept me moving forward."

I`ve got to tell you, I can`t believe that she is opening up so soon about her impending divorce being so fresh. I got to get your take on that, Dean. You know, you come from a land of celebrity where usually people like their privacy and stay quiet about these things for a while. What do you make of it?

CAIN: And there are those out there who will talk about everything to - ad nauseam. She has not been one of those people. So again, this may not be sudden. Maybe this was happening for a little while, who knows?

But what she did come out with was a very classy statement and very straightforward, "Look, I`m a human being, I`m having issues."

ANDERSON: Yes.

CAIN: It kind of creates a little bit of respect and, you know, gives you that space so you`re not going to be questioning her about what happened.

ANDERSON: Absolutely. Obviously a very tough situation for Christina. Dean Cain, Wendy Walsh, thank you both.

HAMMER: Beyonce baby bump watch. Ever since Jay-Z and Beyonce became the first couple of hip hop, a lot of people have been anticipating an heir to their throne. Why is everyone so upset? Today, Beyonce`s mom taking on reports that had everyone buzzing. A baby for Beyonce?

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood with Brooke Anderson with big, big news breaking in "The Buzz" today. There`s a lot of narration today.

ANDERSON: A lot. It`s a mouthful. Yes, A.J. Did Jwoww really walk away from "Playboy" and a mountain of cash? And Rihanna`s under a new umbrella with Jay-Z. And the man who first put "Penthouse" magazine on newsstands dies.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(voice-over) Guccione gone at 79. Legendary founder of "Penthouse" magazine, Bob Guccione, just passed away after a long battle with lung cancer.

He launched "Penthouse" magazine in 1965 to compete with Hugh Heffner`s "Playboy." And he built an estimated $4 billion empire. But disastrous investments and competition eventually drove him from the penthouse to the poor house.

Rihanna rules a new empire. Rihanna just revealed to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she`s joining forces with Jay-Z. The Grammy winner signed on with Jay-Z`s Rock Nation management, which means her mentor, Jay-Z, will manage her career.

Rihanna`s also creating her own company that puts all of her other businesses under one umbrella. She tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "I`m show excited to take this next step in my career. Rihanna Entertainment will allow me to continue my work while expanding into new ventures that I`ve wanted to explore."

Jwoww turns down Playboy. "Jersey Shore`s Jennifer "Jwoww" Farley just revealed to Ryan Seacrest she`s not playing with "Playboy" because she has a mysterious better offer.

JENNIFER "JWOWW" FARLEY, CAST MEMBER, "JERSEY SHORE": I am not going to do "Playboy" in the near future, no. There is a better opportunity out there, which everyone will probably see soon. And that`s what I am going to go with.

RYAN SEACREST, RADIO TALK SHOW HOST: What`s better than $400,000?

FARLEY: You`ll have to wait and see.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: OK, Jwoww. We`re waiting. I`m thinking it`s got to be something pretty huge for her to pass up $400,000. That leads to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint today - should Jwoww have taken the money and run?

Right now, in New York, Noelle Nikpour who is a columnist with the "South Florida Sun Sentinel." Right now, with us in Hollywood, Kristin Cruz, who is the co-host of the morning radio show, "Mark and Kristin Show" on KOST, 103.5 in Los Angeles.

So if Jwoww turned down Playboy on principle, well, you know, good for her. That`s fine. But if she turned them down because it wasn`t enough money, that`s another thing entirely. Noelle, to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, what do you think? Should Jwoww have taken the money and run?

NOELLE NIKPOUR, COLUMNIST, "SOUTH FLORIDA SUN SENTINEL": Jwoww should totally take the money and show her Jwoww-ness. I mean, think about it. What has she got to lose? She`s on "Jersey Shore" for Pete`s sake.

ANDERSON: Well, yes. I`m pretty surprised and also impressed, actually, that Jwoww did not choose to pose for "Playboy." But Kristin, to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint - do you agree with Noelle that she should have taken the money and run?

NOELLE NIKPOUR, CO-HOST, "THE MARK AND KRISTIN SHOW": No way. Absolutely not. Well, she said there`s a better opportunity coming down the line. Why should she do this? She could make $40,000, $500,000 just going to a party. Plus, what are reality show stars doing lately? Sex tapes, not pose for "Playboy." I`m just saying.

HAMMER: Now, Brooke, don`t be too impressed until you know the real reason.

ANDERSON: You`re right. I should wait for (UNINTELLIGIBLE).

(CROSS TALK)

HAMMER: If it`s on principle, that`s one thing. All right. Let`s move on to big breaking Beyonce baby news. There has been an absolute frenzy over reports that Beyonce and Jay-Z are expecting their first baby.

Well, today Beyonce`s mom, Tina Knowles, sets the record straight. Watch what she told Ellen today about all those Beyonce baby reports.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ELLEN DEGENERES, HOST, "THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW": The rumors are that Beyonce is pregnant. Are you going to be a grandmother again?

TINA KNOWLES, MOTHER OF BEYONCE KNOWLES: I heard that but I`m here to clear the rumors up. The truth is that it`s not Beyonce that`s pregnant. It`s me.

DEGENERES: Really?

KNOWLES: Yes.

DEGENERES: Wow.

KNOWLES: I`m kidding. It`s not true.

DEGENERES: I don`t know.

KNOWLES: No, no. It`s not true?

DEGENERES: She`s not? She`s not?

KNOWLES: Not right now.

DEGENERES: All right.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. So Beyonce`s mommy said Beyonce is not going to be a mommy just yet. I`ve got to say I`m used to people being obsessed with Hollywood pregnancies. I`ve always gotten that. But the whirlwind around Beyonce, I have never seen anything like this before. Noelle, why do you think that is?

NIKPOUR: You know, give it a rest. I think a lot of people are obsessed with Beyonce. I mean, she`s the "it" girl and she`s married, you know, to Jay-Z.

But let`s face it - there`s not even a baby bump. I just saw some recent pictures of she and Jay-Z coming over Delano in Miami Beach. There`s no bump. She looks skinnier and better than ever.

ANDERSON: And she`s not afraid to put on that bikini.

NIKPOUR: Yes.

ANDERSON: Kristin, why the fascination over this?

CRUZ: Well, Jay-Z and Beyonce are the king and queen of hip hop like we`ve never had before. You know, I started producing videos for Jay-Z years ago. And he`s a quiet guy. Remember, they both kept it under wraps when they got married. How do we know they`re not keeping this under wraps?

ANDERSON: They waited for a long time before they publicly acknowledged the marriage. We shall see. Noelle Nikpour, Kristin Cruz, thank you, both ladies.

HAMMER: Well, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT will name the most provocative celebrity of the week on Friday. The nominees are Taylor Swift for the dramatic kiss- and-tell confessions about her famous exes including John Mayer; Vince Vaughn lashing out at his critics for his gay joke in his movie "The Dilemma"; or will it be the girls of "Glee" after getting slammed for their super-sexy "GQ" spread?

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: All right. You remember that super-sexy Russian spy who was busted for selling American secrets? Well, now, she is turning heads again. Did you see this? She`s nearly nude for the cover of the Russian version of "Maxim" magazine. I tell you it`s enough to warm up the Cold War all over again.

Here`s CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): It`s not what you`d expect-

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Wish I had that body.

MOOS: To spy a Russian spy.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She`s not undercover anymore, right.

MOOS: Anna Chapman went from her busted spy mug shot to her cover shot in the Russian version of "Maxim."

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oh, she`s hot. She`s definitely hot.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I like my wife more.

MOOS: She was the spy the media couldn`t resist, digging up old tape.

ANNA CHAPMAN, RUSSIAN SPY: I was so excited.

MOOS: Everyone was so excited by her looks she became an action figure. You can even play poker with her using this iPhone app.

After being arrested, she and nine other spies were swapped for Russian prisoners. But now, she`s maximized her assets in "Maxim."

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, my gosh.

MOOS: But the U.S. has its own beautiful spy, and when we sprang the "Maxim" cover on her -

BLITZER: Take a look at this picture over here on the new issue, the Russian issue of -

VALERIE PLAME, FORMER CIA OFFICER: Now, we know why she was hired.

MOOS: Outed operative Valerie Plame noted her Russian counterpart is 20 years younger. As for her own offers -

PLAME: I was asked to be on "Dancing with the Stars," but I politely declined.

BLITZER: But nobody asked you to be in "Penthouse" or "Playboy" or "Maxim"?

PLAME: That E-mail, I think, got lost in, you know, in all the E-mails I get every day.

BLITZER: But she does have actress Naomi Watts playing her in the new film "Fair Game," featuring Sean Penn as her husband.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So you have, like, lovers all over the world? Do you have a gun? Have you killed people?

MOOS: The way female spies are portrayed in other films bothers Plame.

PLAME: Very much sexuality, physicality, how good she is with an AK-47. And you know, this is your best weapon.

MOOS: But in "Maxim," Anna is wielding a handgun.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Her grip is completely off. I go to the shooting range. I have a boyfriend who`s an ex-Marine. I`ve been trained. This chick is definitely not.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There`s a gun.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes, Jessica Rabbit.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She looks like Jessica Rabbit.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE (singing): I need some money, too.

MOOS: Oh, Anna`s getting some money. She`s a cross between an Austin Powers girl and a Bond girl.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What are you doing here? Looking for shells?

SEAN CONNERY, ACTOR: No, I`m just looking.

MOOS: Same goes for fans of Anna, and judging from his comments to Leno, fan club includes Vice President Biden.

JAY LENO, HOST, NBC`S "THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO": Do we have any spies that hot?

JOE BIDEN, VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES: Let me make it clear, it wasn`t my idea to send her back.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I need to point out that "Maxim" magazine has also included Chapman on its list of Russia`s 100 sexiest women. Nothing like rewarding really bad behavior.

ANDERSON: Right. Right.

HAMMER: Oh, good. Well, that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood with Brooke Anderson.

ANDERSON: Yes, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is live at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Monday through Friday.
