BROOKE ANDERSON, HOST: Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - the Miley Cyrus photo showdown. Gossip blogger Perez Hilton strikes back today after getting slammed over a sexually-revealing picture of Miley.

Tiger`s love child? A porn star`s shocking claim today - Tiger Woods is the father of her son and her brand-new legal battle to prove it.
A Lindsay Lohan alcohol shocker. Test results reportedly in today about whether she was drinking when her alcohol monitoring bracelet went off.
But wait, there`s more. Fudgie, the Whale fury? Cops called on Lindsay`s mom at an ice cream store.

ANDERSON: Hi there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson with big news breaking today - the explosive showdown over the Miley photo controversy.
Gossip blogger Perez Hilton is sticking to his guns today saying he is not sorry for spreading a sexually-revealing photo of 17-year-old Miley Cyrus. Perez has gotten absolutely slammed over this, but today, Perez is pointing the finger at Miley. And showbiz TONIGHT can tell you that what he is saying is only adding to the outrage.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
(voice-over): BP versus Congress. The Celtics versus the Lakers. It`s been a week of conflict, but none has evoked more heat, more passion than Miley versus Perez.
HILTON: I don`t regret what I did, and I would do the same thing again.
ANDERSON: Last night, on HLN`s "JOY BEHAR SHOW," celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, gave his first TV response to the criticism he got for posting a link to a photo that may made it look like 17-year-old Miley Cyrus wasn`t wearing any underwear. Perez says he doesn`t deserve to be busted for child porn as some have suggested.
HILTON: And the point is that it`s not child pornography.
ANDERSON: On "THE JOY BEHAR SHOW" show, Perez launched three-part self- defense. Part one of the Perez defense, he never actually posted the Miley photo on his popular celebrity gossip Web site.
HILTON: I didn`t post that photo on my Web site. I linked to it on Twitter.
ANDERSON: Perez directed his two million Twitter followers to a separate Web site that posted the Miley photo. That site has since removed the picture. Now, Perez claims people are upset at something they didn`t even see.
HILTON: I feel like if everyone saw this image in question, they would clearly see that you`re not seeing anything down there that you`re not supposed to.
ANDERSON: And that`s part two of the Perez defense. Miley really was wearing underwear in the photo, and Perez says he knew it.
HILTON: If I was aware that it was or that she was not wearing underwear, I would not have posted it.
ANDERSON: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT isn`t showing the controversial photo, but we can tell you that Miley was, indeed, properly and fully-clothed. So why is Perez getting bashed for linking to it?
Well, just like this photo we`re showing you of Perez, the photo Perez linked to censored a shot of a skirt-wearing Miley to make it appear more suggestive than it actually was.
And Perez tells HLN`s Joy Behar any implication people got, well, that`s not his fault.
HILTON: I can`t help it, Joy, if America has a very dirty imagination.
ANDERSON: And part three of the Perez defense is the most baffling of all. He suggests this is all Miley`s fault.

ANDERSON: With all the racy and decidedly adult behavior Miley has exhibited lately, especially in her new video "Can`t Be Tamed," she`s inviting this kind of adult scrutiny.
HILTON: It`s not actually doing anything worse than Miley herself has been doing recently.
ANDERSON: So did Perez successfully defend himself in this Miley mess?
DAPHNE BROGDON, "COOLMOM.COM": I don`t think Perez Hilton should change his job to a lawyer.
ANDERSON: Daphne Brogdon of "CoolMom.com" tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT no matter how Perez slices it, picking on a teenager like this is just a no-no.
BROGDON: When it`s teenage girl, it`s really unseemly to exploit her, whether it be for humor or what have you.

ANDERSON: Miley Cyrus performed this morning on "Good Morning America." She didn`t directly address the Perez controversy, but she did send an unmistakable message to haters like Perez.
MILEY CYRUS, SINGER: There are people that are negative just to be that way.
ANDERSON: One suggestion for Perez - just lay off Miley for a few months.
BROGDON: Just wait until she`s 18. If she goes and does a Lindsay Lohan crazy stuff - boom, post it then. But you just can`t do it now.
ANDERSON: Fortunately, for Perez, Miley turns 18 in November. Hopefully, these two can call a ceasefire until then.

Clearly, Perez Hilton thinks he did nothing wrong. He claims he merely posted a link to his Twitter account of a photo of Miley from an unflattering vantage point. And that brings us to today`s "SHOWBIZ Flashpoint" - Miley versus Perez: Is what Perez did defensible?
Right now, in Atlanta, Midwin Charles, who is a legal contributor for "In Session" Tru TV. And from Chicago, Erich Mancow Muller, who is a nationally syndicated radio host.
Midwin, Erich, I`ve got to say I think what Perez did crossed the line simply because of the mere suggestion that she wasn`t wearing any underwear. But he is claiming he did nothing wrong. He didn`t mean for it to be interpreted that way.
So to the "SHOWBIZ Flashpoint," Mancow, is what Perez did defensible?
ERICH MANCOW MULLER, SYNDICATED RADIO HOST: Well, you know, in Hollywood Roman Polanski is fine. Pete Townshend is fine. Woody Allen - it`s all fine. It`s fine to be a pedophile now in 2010.
Look, I understand which way Perez Hilton leans. He has a head that looks like it was Ru Paul`s jack-o-lantern. But the fact is - and he hasn`t seen up a lot of skirts, I get that. This is an underage girl.
I have two underage daughters, and I don`t care - what`s the excuse for putting up skirt shots of little girls on the Internet or anywhere else?
ANDERSON: Yes, there is no excuse. And Miley may look and act like she`s 30 sometimes, but we do have to remember that, technically, she is still a child even though she probably doesn`t want to be viewed that way. And Mancow, you`re probably going to hear from Perez about that Ru Paul comparison, but I don`t think you care.
All right. We know that Perez sticking to his guns, and told HLN`s Joy Behar he doesn`t regret what he did. And I`ve got to tell you, I can`t believe that he insinuated that Miley brought this all on herself. Watch.

HILTON: It`s not actually doing anything worse that Miley herself has been doing recently from grinding up on her 40-something-year-old director to pole dancing to all the over-sexualized things that she has been doing and turning herself into this creature.

ANDERSON: Midwin, I`m not sure that I`m buying the logic there. Is what Perez did defensible because Miley has done provocative things in the past?
MIDWIN CHARLES, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION" ON TRU TV: See, this is where Perez Hilton lost me. I don`t care if Miley Cyrus wants to be the poster child for "Hustler" magazine. She`s still 17 years old.
And at the end of the day, for him to blame her for his actions is absolutely ridiculous. It`s scapegoating. And at the end of the day, when all is said and done, she`s still 17. Seventeen.
ANDERSON: What do you think, Mancow?
MULLER: Wait, I want to tell you something. I did a lot of - I did a lot of radio in the California area. We did charity events for the rape crisis centers. And you know, this is something that women hear a lot. Oh, they wanted it. This girl wore sexy panties, so she wanted to be raped. This girl acts like that so she wants to be exploited.
CHARLES: Right.
MULLER: There`s no excuse for this, and this is - this is a fun show, and I don`t want that make it too serious.
CHARLES: Right.
MULLER: But no means no. And if Perez Hilton took a picture of my daughter`s skirt, I would punch him in the face.
ANDERSON: Yes. And I get your logic there. It`s kind of akin to the excuse that, oh, yes -
MULLER: She wanted it.
ANDERSON: That girl deserved to be assaulted because she wore a tight miniskirt -
MULLER: Yes.
ANDERSON: Or a tight, short dress. It just is not excusable.
MULLER: It`s outrageous. This girl - hey -
ANDERSON: And Perez also seems to give himself a pass for - go ahead, Mancow.
MULLER: No, she was getting out of the car. I mean, this is not a photo shoot. This girl was getting out of a car. Somebody - you know, her picture was taken all the time. And little girls were - Hannah Montana. Hannah Montana.
I wish they didn`t know about Hannah Montana, but she exists in our culture and it`s hard to escape her. And this girl is getting out of a car. They`re always taking pictures of her.
Somebody got an up-the-skirt shot, and this clown is saying, "Oh, she wanted it." I`m sorry. She didn`t. And this is vile.
ANDERSON: And that`s part of Perez` defense, that he`s claiming that she should know better than to exit the car in an un-ladylike manner and that she knew there would be a lot of paparazzi.

CHARLES: So now Perez Hilton is an expert.
HILTON: I didn`t pick it for her to look like she wasn`t wearing underwear. The point of me choosing that one photo is because it was showing Miley getting out of the car in an un-ladylike fashion.
And I just thought that was funny and in keeping with her shocking behavior of late because she was very well aware that she was in a public place at a video shoot and that there were paparazzi present.
ANDERSON: OK. Whether or not Perez thinks what he did was wrong, I think maybe he should just apologize. Just say you`re sorry.
All right. Perez Hilton denied that he publicized a sexually inappropriate photo of Miley Cyrus. It makes him a nominee, guys, as we name SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week.
But does he have anything on Eminem who revealed to me exclusively that he was mere hours from death? Or does Michael Jackson`s father, Joe Jackson, deserve to be named SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week for blaming Michael`s mom for Michael`s death?
Midwin Charles, Mancow, you guys don`t go anywhere. And moving on now, does Tiger Woods have a love child? A porn star`s shocking claim today that Tiger Woods is the father of her son. And she wants Tiger to take a paternity test. Porn star-Tiger paternity test? Sounds like a job for Maury Povich.
The dramatic 911 call revealed today. The call coming in just after Charlie Sheen`s car was found in a ditch again. Man, I tell you, this story keeps getting weirder and weirder.

ANDERSON: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. Big news breaking in "The Buzz" today - a true blood bisexual confession and Eminem`s startling gay rights about-face. It`s all making big news in "The Buzz" today.

(voice-over): Eminem`s gay marriage shocker. The hip hop star reveals he actually supports gay marriage despite his gay-bashing lyrics of the past. Eminem tells the "New York Times," "It`s the new tolerant me.
He goes on to say, "If two people love each other, I think that everyone should have the chance to be equally miserable if they want." This latest bombshell comes after Eminem first revealed in a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive interview that drugs nearly killed him.
(on camera): How close did you come?
EMINEM, RAP ARTIST: I was certainly, probably a couple hours away from death.
(voice-over): America Ferrera is engaged. "The Ugly Betty" star announced that she will be tying the knot with her longtime boyfriend, Ryan Piers Williams. Ferrera met Williams while they were in college, and he cast her in his student film.
"True Blood" love revelation. "True Blood" star Stephen Moyer reveals his true feelings about his fiancee and co-star Anna Paquin`s confession that she is bisexual.
ANNA PAQUIN, ACTRESS: I`m bisexual.
ANDERSON: The Oscar winning actress made a PSA about her sexuality for an advocacy group which shocked fans, but not Moyer. He says his future wife was completely honest from the very start of their relationship.
Moyer tells "Playboy" magazine, "It wasn`t something that was kept from me. It doesn`t change anything. I`m proud of who she is."

Hey, Megan, as you know, it`s been less than two months since Bret nearly died from a brain hemorrhage and a mini-stroke from a hole in his heart.
Well, Bret performed with Miley Cyrus today on "Good Morning America" and he revealed he has been touring nonstop ever since he almost died.

BRET MICHAELS, SINGER: I was really excited. I`ve been on tour for a while now since I came out of the hospital. And we played Huntsville and Birmingham the last two nights. And when we`re done here, as soon as we`re done, I`ve got to go back and do Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlanta.

ANDERSON: Slow down, Bret, please. We love you too much to let you do this to yourself. I`m not his doctor, Megan, but it seems to me like it`s too much too soon.
MEGAN ALEXANDER, CORRESPONDENT, "INSIDE EDITION": Well, Brooke, I can`t help but root for the guy, and this is why. Bret Michaels, in a sense, came very close to the end, and he has admitted it.
He has been diabetic since the age of six. He admits that he takes six drug injections a day. For what happened to him a couple of months ago, you know, Brooke, he is living life to the fullest.
Yes, he may be pushing himself a little bit too hard, but he said his music heals him. And there`s a part of me that says, you know what, kudos to him for going out there and making each day count.
ANDERSON: Yes. You know, we`re all rooting for him. And he said he wants to be known as a fighter and not somebody who, you know, had a brain hemorrhage. We are all rooting for you, Bret. Just don`t push yourself too hard, all right?
OK. I`ve got to move on now to another guy who faced death and survived. The startling news from Eminem today on the heels of my exclusive interview with him when he revealed he nearly died from a drug overdose.
Well, Eminem revealed today he now supports gay marriage. He told the "New York Times," "I think if two people love each other, then what the hell. I think everybody should have the chance to be equally miserable if they want."
Here`s a guy who has been slammed for so-called homophobic lyrics in many of his songs. So Megan, quickly, it`s like "Will the Real Slim Shady Please Stand Up?"
ALEXANDER: Well, Brooke, first of all, congratulations to you for a fascinating interview. Eminem is so interesting because we love him for being so talented, but we hate him for the hate speech and the homophobic slurs that he, indeed, has in those lyrics.
So Brooke, he gave a quick answer to this one. I`m not sure if I really believe him. I think the jury is still out. But what a great interview.
ANDERSON: He is a mysterious guy. All right. Well, Eminem`s startling revelation exclusively to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that he was mere hours from death got him nominated for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week.

Well, today, nearly 20 years later Jerry and Keith will reunite in the broadcast booth. This is Jerry`s big dream come true today. Seinfeld, a hard-core Mets fan, and is he going to get the chance to call a game with Keith Hernandez.
Now, Hernandez is now an announcer with SNY, the station that broadcast Mets games. It will be the first time since the 1992 Seinfeld episode aired that the two will get to talk about it.
In the episode, Jerry has a man crush on Keith. Jerry helps Keith move out of his house, and then Keith asks Elaine out. Really, really great. Jerry`s wife set all this up as a Father`s Day gift to him. What a wife. What a gift. Definitely check this out when the Mets play the Detroit Tigers on Wednesday.

ANDERSON: We welcome you back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today - Tiger Woods` love child?
New details today about the bombshell paternity suit filed by a porn star. Devon James, who has never been connected with Tiger until now, says she wants Tiger Woods to take a DNA test to prove that he is the father of her nine-year-old son.
In an exclusive new interview with TMZ, the mother of Tiger`s alleged love child also says the world and her son deserve answers. Just as we thought this whole Tiger Woods mistress drama had simmered down, could this tee up another ugly public embarrassment for Tiger?
Right now, in Atlanta is Midwin Charles. She`s a legal contributor for "In Session" on Tru TV. In New York is Megan Alexander. She`s a correspondent for "Inside Edition."
Ladies, at last count, what we were at? There are at least, what, dozen alleged Tiger Woods mistresses, but zero proof of any alleged kids out of wedlock.
Well, today Devon James, whose real name is Melinda Janette wants to prove that she conceived her son with Tiger long before he was married. But there`s already a big snag. Watch what she tells TMZ moments after she files her paternity papers.

DEVON JAMES, PORN STAR: I`m here today to file a petition for a paternity test. And the reason is because my mother is claiming that in 2002 that she has a confirmed paternity test with someone who is not the father.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Who are you claiming is the father?
JAMES: Tiger Woods. You know, I just feel that I need the truth to be out there.

ANDERSON: So this woman`s own mother says that she has DNA proof that Tiger Woods is not the dad. Midwin, can this woman still legally force Tiger submit to a DNA test or anything else?
CHARLES: Yes and no. I think one of the hardest uphill battles that she`s facing is the fact that this child is nine years old. So clearly, one of the inquiries by any judge will be, "Why did you wait so long?"
ANDERSON: Yes.
CHARLES: And I think that`s going to make it very, very difficult. And the judge will have to weigh and listen to other evidence and look at other facts before he can order Tiger Woods to submit to a paternity test. I think it`s a long road to hoe.
ANDERSON: I do, too. She`s calling her mother liar. Her mother is calling her a liar. Megan, you spoke with the mother of the mother, the child`s grandmother, in a new interview today for "Inside Edition" and she confirmed that Tiger is not the dad. That`s what she said.
Did she shed any light on why her daughter would make this jaw- dropping love-child claim in if it weren`t true?
ALEXANDER: She did, Brooke. One word - money. There are four reasons the grandmother told me why this woman does not have much of a chance in fighting Tiger to legally take a paternity test. 2002, there was one taken - 99.9 percent results were that the father of this child is another man.
Number two, this child is nine years old. Tiger turned pro for the PGA in 1996. He did, indeed, have money nine years ago and celebrity fame. Why is she coming out now?
Third, this lady has a criminal record as recently as December, Brooke. She was arrested for prostitution, so there`s your third reason. And fourth, she doesn`t currently have parental rights of the child. The grandparents have parental rights of this little boy.
ANDERSON: Ah.
ALEXANDER: She doesn`t have much of a case.
ANDERSON: Interesting information. Yes, it doesn`t seem plausible. But if you had asked anybody a year ago if they would believe any of this Tiger love-child drama, nobody would have believed it.
ALEXANDER: Right.
ANDERSON: But after Tiger`s huge mistress scandal, people are apt to believe almost anything. Midwin, does it really matter if this woman has any credibility since, let`s be honest, Tiger doesn`t have any either?
CHARLES: Well, you know what? She doesn`t have any credibility. And I think it will be very, very difficult to prove her case. But I will add number five to the list, which is the money train, OK?
This girl obviously is going to be interjected into the media. And who knows? She may end up with a reality show pretty soon. I mean, that`s just -
ANDERSON: Oh, no.
ALEXANDER: Oh -

CHARLES: That`s just where we are as a society. These women come forward and all of a sudden they`re plastered all over magazines and newspapers. And they`re being paid to do nonsense. It`s ridiculous.
ANDERSON: You are right. It is a sad reality. And you know what, ladies, I will be shocked - shocked, if Tiger Woods even acknowledges this love child claim. He hasn`t even publicly acknowledged any of the other mistress claims so far.
All right. Got to move to this now. There`s been Lindsay Lohan news breaking today. Lindsay Lohan reportedly passes a test. Lindsay tests negative for alcohol even though her SCRAM alcohol monitoring anklet went off the night of the MTV Movie Awards. There was even a warrant out for her arrest.
But today, the L.A. County Probation Department says, yes, Lindsay was clean. Megan, I`ve got to tell you, I was surprised that Lindsay was actually behaving. Were you?
ALEXANDER: Yes and no, Brooke. I think that she still has a lot of work to do. Tough love. She needs to have respect for the law. This is a good sign. And now, let`s continue to press her hard.
The judge needs to continue to be tough. You`re only sober as the next drink that you reject. So stay on it. Keep going, Lindsay.
ANDERSON: Yes. It is a great sign. But Midwin, nobody believed Lindsay at first, not even the judge.
CHARLES: I know. I know.
ANDERSON: Is she totally off the hook now until her next court date?
CHARLES: Well, I think she`s doing really well right now and that, yes, she is off the hook until her next court date. Isn`t it sad, though, that no one believed her when this first happened?
But I`m glad that she wasn`t drinking and that she`s hopefully doing well, because she has a serious problem. I mean, all bets aside, she has a serious problem. And I really hope she overcomes it because everyone wants to see Lindsay succeed.
ANDERSON: I certainly do, too. Things are looking up, though, because TMZ reports today that Lindsay is keeping up with the judge`s order not to drink and to go to her alcohol education classes and to take regular drug tests.
CHARLES: Good. Good.
ANDERSON: Megan, I`m saying a little prayer. So do you think Lindsay is really on the road to cleaning up her act? Or did she just dodge a bullet here?
ALEXANDER: You know, Brooke, I think this is the time where a lot of people that had addiction problems would say this is where you`ve got to really stick to it. You`ve got to be careful. You`ve got to have that support team behind you.
The judge needs to continue to be tough. This is where she`s going to really decide if she`s in this for the long haul. I don`t think anybody should ease up. I think this is a great example for all the young people out there. Nobody is going to get special consideration here. Stay in it. Keep doing it, Lindsay, but you`ve got to fight hard to stay sober.
ANDERSON: Yes, you do. This is where the rubber meets the road. She`s got to be on her best behavior. The law is watching extremely closely.
All right. Moving now to the shocking 911 tape just released moments after Charlie Sheen`s car was found off the side of a cliff. You remember that Charlie`s car was stolen and then cops believed that it was just rolled into a ditch.
Well, the poor guy calling 911 thinks somebody is inside the car. You`ve got to listen to the mystery man telling the cops what he just witnessed.

ANDERSON: OK. What makes this even weirder is this guy was just hanging out at around 3:00 a.m. and then calls the cops from a payphone. Midwin, is it just me, or is there something strange about Charlie`s neighborhood?
CHARLES: I don`t think what is going on. I just know that I`m glad I live in New York and not over there, because all kinds of nonsense happening.
Look, I do think this is suspicious this man was there at that particular time, 3:00 in the morning. What is it that you`re doing watching and observing? But I hope no one got hurt, and I believe no one did, so I`m really grateful for that.
ANDERSON: Yes. Megan, Charlie needs to keep a close eye on his cars. Don`t leave the key in the ignition. Lock the doors. I mean, this isn`t the first time it`s happened.
ALEXANDER: Exactly. I mean, with all the media attention around, you have to wonder if some people are watching him on purpose to see if something like this would happen.
ANDERSON: Yes.
ALEXANDER: But there were reports that there was a three-mile walk for this man to actually get to the payphone to make the phone call. So I guess kudos to him for walking three miles to make that phone call. I don`t know.

And there is a new way to keep up with the Kardashians today. The reality show mavens are now the advisors. Yes, Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe revealed they are penning a new book called "Kardashian Confidential." Get this - the book will be one part autobiography and the other part, ready for this, an advice book. Wait until you hear what sort of advice the girls are dishing out.
Right now, in Hollywood, Lauren Sanchez, who is a correspondent for "Extra." And from Chicago, Erich Mancow Muller who is a nationally syndicated radio host.
Lauren, Erich, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT learned today what will be in the Kardashian`s new book. I want to take a peek right now inside "Kardashian Confidential."
In the book, the sisters will reveal facts about their childhood. They`ll talk beauty and style secrets. And they`ll give advice on shopping, flirting and dating. Now, I have seen these girls in action. We all have on their reality show. So we all know they are experts in the shopping category.
But, Lauren, they`re also giving out love advice. The last time I checked, they were a little shaky in that area.
LAUREN SANCHEZ, CORRESPONDENT, "EXTRA": Well, who isn`t, Brooke?
ANDERSON: Good point.
SANCHEZ: But look, I would take advice from them. I mean, two of them are married. One of them is one of the most beautiful women in the world. I know she just broke up with someone, but she could get anyone she wants.
And I saw her the other night at the Lakers game, and I`m telling you, this girl knows how to look and flirt. I would definitely ask for advice. And you know what? Her mother has been married to someone for 19 years. So they have that to look up to, too. They have a good - they have someone good to look up to, so I would definitely take advice from them.
ANDERSON: And is Kourtney married? I thought just Khloe was married. But Kourtney has the child, right, with Scott.
SANCHEZ: Yes, I thought -
ANDERSON: Oh, it`s so hard to keep up with all these ladies and their reality.
SANCHEZ: They`re in love. They`re in love.
ANDERSON: They`re in love. We`ll just leave it at that. All right. We`ve got to move now to one of the craziest Lohan stories, I think, that I`ve ever heard.
Turns out Lindsay`s mother, Dina, has been abusing her ice cream privileges at a Carvel ice cream store. But that`s not all. The cops were called to settle an in-store dispute.
Here`s the scoop. Carvel is saying they issued Lindsay Lohan a Carvel black card which allows her free ice cream. Now, the fine print says that Lindsay has to be present to get the freebies, not Dina.
And get a load of this. Carvel even put this on their Web site saying that when Dina was denied her ice cream, she called the cops on Carvel. Mancow -
MULLER: Wow.
ANDERSON: Is the most ridiculous Lohan controversy you have ever heard?
MULLER: Well, let`s not talk about the coast being destroyed and the fact that we have no leadership in America. Let`s talk about the ice cream controversy.
ANDERSON: That`s right.
MULLER: This story takes the ice cream cake. Lindsay Lohan - look, she wanted the rum raisin, but it would have set off her ankle bracelet. These people are priceless, aren`t they? Free is for me, but honestly, I think the Lohans, from what I`ve read, have abused the free ice cream card.
ANDERSON: Yes. I mean, it takes a lot of nerve, like just pay for your own ice cream.
MULLER: You know -
ANDERSON: Here`s the statement that Carvel put out about this nonsense, "This is an unfortunate situation where certain people feel entitled use a celebrity`s name for their own purposes. We regret that the Lohan family is upset and hope this matter is put behind us quickly."
Well, I`ve got to tell you it may have begun as a headache for Carvel, but they are getting a whole lot of publicity about this. And Dina, I`ve got to tell you -
MULLER: No candy. Carvel ice cream - it`s addictive, you know. Those Lohans are addicted to stuff.
ANDERSON: I think I`m going to stop - I`m actually going to stop by Carvel a little later and give it a try. And I`m going to pay for it. OK, Dina, I`m sorry to tell you -
SANCHEZ: This isn`t the bottom line -
ANDERSON: But Carvel - I`ve got to move to this.
SANCHEZ: OK.
