A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - clashing over Coleman, Gary`s estranged parents in their first TV interview today since he died, with a powerful demand.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SUE COLEMAN, GARY COLEMAN`S MOTHER: I want all the talk to stop. Gary`s gone -

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: But wait, there`s more. Gary Coleman`s ex-wife Shannon Price launches a bombshell. A new fight today to prove she`s still his wife. Gary Coleman`s ex in the running today to be named SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week. Her competition - the jail- avoiding Lindsay Lohan and the over-the-top Lady Gaga.

Startling pictures today of Gaga stripping down to her bra and panties at a Major League baseball game and giving fans the finger.

A remarkable thank you to Sandra Bullock today from Jesse James ex- wife.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City with big news breaking today. It`s the clash over Coleman. The former wife of Gary Coleman is making an absolutely remarkable claim today about why she should control his estate.

Now, she says she was still his wife even though they were divorced. Got that? It was yet another bizarre turn today nearly two weeks after Coleman`s sudden and shocking death.

And in another explosive development, Gary Coleman`s parents went public today in the very first interview since he died. I am here to tell you SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can now reveal that what`s happened since Coleman`s death is turning into one of the strangest and most disturbing Hollywood tragedies we have seen in a very long time.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): Gary Coleman`s ex-wife is going to court to get what she says is hers. His estranged parents are going on the TV to deny 20- year-old claims that they stole money from their famous son.

S. COLEMAN: We would never have taken money from him.

HAMMER: For now, the former child star`s body remains unburied two weeks after his death as those he left behind are literally fighting a battle of wills over his remains and his estate.

NINA PARKER, PRODUCER, TMZ: It`s definitely a weird situation.

HAMMER: Gary`s ex-wife, Shannon Price, has filed papers in the Utah court to challenge a will that Coleman drafted in 1999. That will leaves Coleman`s estate in the control of a longtime friend of his and leaves nothing to Shannon.

PARKER: If that will is considered the actual will, then she will be completely shut out of everything.

HAMMER: But Price is arguing she should get control of Coleman`s estate because she was actually still married to him when he died. So how could a couple who divorced in 2008 after only a year of marriage still be considered married?

PARKER: She`s saying the grounds for that is, even though they were divorced, she was considered his common-law wife, saying they lived together. They shared bank accounts. She`s saying that in addition to sharing things financially, they also shared a sexual relationship.

HAMMER: In her court papers, Price also includes a handwritten document Coleman signed in September of 2007, less than a month after the two married. It names Price the sole heir of all of Coleman`s property, saying, quote, "This I have done because of my personal selfishness and my weakness and I love her with all my heart."

But one potential problem, the note wasn`t witnessed or notarized. And TMZ`s Nina Parker wonders if it`s worth the paper it`s written on.

PARKER: A lot of people are wondering if this is even authentic.

HAMMER: Price`s grab for Coleman`s estate isn`t exactly a surprise. Ever since Coleman died two weeks ago from a brain hemorrhage, Price has frequently talked about her financial problems, most recently on "Good Morning America."

SHANNON PRICE, FORMER WIFE OF GARY COLEMAN: We have been struggling a lot with financial stuff. But now that Gary`s gone, it`s a little bit more difficult.

HAMMER: Today, TMZ unearthed this reality show pilot shot right around the time Coleman and Price were divorcing in 2008. In it, Coleman accuses Price of being obsessed with money.

GARY COLEMAN, ACTOR: All you care about is the money. That`s all you want.

HAMMER: Now, Price`s fight for Coleman`s estate and claims that she sold deathbed photos of Coleman to a tabloid are making it hard for some to see her as a sympathetic grieving widow.

PARKER: It`s obvious that she is definitely more concerned with the material things than her reputation.

W.G. COLEMAN, FATHER OF GARY COLEMAN: We have never heard anything of that Shannon.

HAMMER: In their first TV interview since Coleman`s death, Coleman`s estranged parents said in an interview that they are not interested in fighting with their son`s ex-wife. But they are interested in addressing Coleman`s claims that they squandered the millions he earned during his childhood as star of the sitcom, "Diff`rent Strokes."

W.G. COLEMAN: The Colemans are no good. They stole his money and, you know, they`re rotten parents. You know, they forced him to work, go on the set when he was sick and everything. All of this is nonsense. All of this is untrue.

HAMMER: As for the battle of Coleman`s wills, the Colemans say they want no part of it. But they tell the "Today" show they want Coleman laid to rest as soon as possible.

S. COLEMAN: Gary`s gone. I want his body put away respectfully so that we all can bring some closure to this part of him.

HAMMER: But with this bitter fight over Coleman, closure is the last thing we can expect for quite some time.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

And as all this time passes, it still baffles me how far this clash over Gary Coleman has gone. I find the whole thing horrifying. It is so unfortunate. And with all these new developments today, it is clearly not getting any better any time soon.

With me, right now, in New York, Sunny Hostin. Sunny is an attorney and legal contributor for "In Session" on Tru TV. Also in New York, Megan Alexander. Megan is a correspondent for "Inside Edition."

So this bombshell new claim by Gary Coleman`s ex-wife Shannon Price, that she was Gary`s common law wife when he died. This has my head spinning, Sunny. I don`t quite understand how this could be possible. That`s why I bring the legal expert in.

SUNNY HOSTIN, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION" ON TRU TV: Thank you. Thank you.

HAMMER: We do a little digging. What do you make of that?

HOSTIN: I did. I actually pulled the statute because it sounds very crazy. We are in Utah - not to say anything bad about Utah. But it sounds very strange. I pulled a Utah statute, not very hard to prove a common law marriage there. It`s one of the only states that recognizes it.

And all you have to prove is that you`re of legal age, you`ve cohabitated, which apparently they have. You`ve mutually assumed marital rights, duties and obligations and you hold yourself out as man and wife.

HAMMER: So you get rights -

HOSTIN: Yes.

HAMMER: So you get rights as a wife, same thing.

HOSTIN: It`s not that difficult to prove so she seems cuckoo, but maybe not a cuckoo.

HAMMER: Well, the other thing that struck all of us today - the details of Gary`s handwritten 2007 will were uncovered just today. It says that Shannon gets everything.

But Gary also apparently wrote this, and I just don`t know what to make of it, "This I have done because of my personal selfishness and weakness and I love her with all my heart."

Megan, I have to say, this all seems very strange to me. This mystery will was signed. There`s still a lot of questions about its validity. I`m actually thinking maybe that, you know, it makes it tougher to ensure Gary`s wishes were honored here. Maybe that`s why he didn`t sign it.

MEGAN ALEXANDER, CORRESPONDENT, "INSIDE EDITION": It`s so interesting, A.J. We know they had such a contentious relationship, Shannon and Gary. But as mentioned earlier on SHOWBIZ, it was not notarized and there were no witnesses, which is a bit of a problem if they`re going to use this paper as a legal document.

You know what else is interesting, A.J. It`s that Utah Valley Medical Center also recently confirmed that Shannon Price did indeed have legal permission to make medical decisions on Gary`s behalf.

So as all these details continue to come forward, the pieces line up a bit in Shannon`s favor. But again, that relationship being so contentious, it`s difficult to understand.

HAMMER: Well, let`s go back to the lawyer. I still have you on retainer.

HOSTIN: Right. Yes.

HAMMER: (UNINTELLIGIBLE) a few more minutes here checking the time. So you have the document right in your hand there.

HOSTIN: I do. I do.

HAMMER: This is what Gary wrote - that`s his handwriting, apparently.

HOSTIN: Yes.

HAMMER: So it`s not notarized. It`s not witnessed. Does it mean anything legally?

HOSTIN: I think it could and I know people are going to say you can`t say that. I think it could - I mean, you certainly can try to verify whether or not this is his signature.

You can get some information about the circumstances of the signing of the document and of the contents of the document. I don`t think it`s going to be tossed out, out of hand.

HAMMER: So this really could line up for a major, major battle.

HOSTIN: Yes.

HAMMER: And again, as I keep saying, it belabors this whole ordeal with Gary, shades of Anna Nicole, if you know what I`m saying.

HOSTIN: It does -

HAMMER: He`s not buried yet. It`s terrible.

HOSTIN: Shannon may be crazy like a fox.

HAMMER: Well, we`ll find out what happens with her. Meanwhile, today, Gary`s estranged parents made some shocking revelations of their own. They did it this morning on the "Today" show. The Colemans gave their very first TV interview since Gary died. And they say if there is a long court battle, they, for their part of it, want no part of it for Gary`s sake. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MEREDITH VIEIRA, ANCHOR, "TODAY" SHOW: His ex-wife, Shannon Price, as was said, is fighting that - she wants control of the estate. Do you plan to fight the will at all?

S. COLEMAN: Not at all.

VIEIRA: You have no interest in doing that?

S. COLEMAN: Not at all. Why would we? I mean, you know, there`s enough going on. There`s enough disrespect toward him with all this going on. And we just would not be a part of that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I`ve got to tell you through this entire mess and all the drama, I was pretty pleased to hear what Gary`s parents said there. Megan, I am hoping everyone involved in this is paying attention to their words and they`re going to think, hey, let`s all simmer down and show some respect for Gary`s memory. Now, am I crazy or do you see that possibly happening here with these people involved?

ALEXANDER: No, A.J. I felt exactly the same way. Finally, the parents say, "We will not fight the will and we want Gary to rest peacefully." What a reminder this is, A.J., of how difficult it is to have a child star in the family.

The problems here that go back to when Gary was younger and they were dealing with his financial success and the parents obviously accused of squandering it. To have them finally say that they will not fight the will, that it is an interest to them - I mean, that was very classy. And I hope that everybody else will follow suit.

HAMMER: But meanwhile, Shannon Price, the ex-wife, who you call crazy like a fox, perhaps, showing no signs of backing off at all.

HOSTIN: Not at all. She`s not backing down. She`s not backing off. She`s - you know, the legal game`s on right now.

HAMMER: All right. Well, I can tell you that shown that Shannon Price today to be named SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week for her new Gary Coleman marriage revelations.

Or will we name Lindsay Lohan for her SCRAM-wearing, jail-avoiding alcohol drama? Or will it be Lady Gaga for her shocking wardrobe choice and double middle finger salute at a New York Mets game? Sonny, Megan, stay right where you are for the big reveal.

Yes, so Lady Gaga - she went wild at a major league baseball game. And I know Gaga likes to do her own thing, that`s why I like her. But we`ve got to ask, does her behavior disturb you?

A remarkable thank you to Sandra Bullock today. And it`s coming from Jesse James` porn star ex-wife.

Also, juicy new details today about "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star, Danielle Staub and her sex tape revealed. Did Danielle leak this thing herself? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Jodie Foster denies attacking teen photographer who snapped pics of her family. "People" magazine names Tim McGraw country music`s hottest guy.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: John Goodman is looking good. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there at the American Film Institute`s tribute to director Mike Nichols in Hollywood. We were pretty surprised to see a new slimmer John walking down the red carpet.

The "Treme" star looks like he dropped some major pounds. John looking dramatically different from just a couple of years ago. John, whatever you`re doing, you look great. Keep it up, man.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with a great mystery today over who leaked the sex tape of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star, Danielle Staub.

Now, a sex tape of Staub is about to be released online. There are claims today that the tape may have been leaked by Staub herself. Oh, can you imagine how desperate a housewife could she be?

Right now, in Hollywood, it`s syndicated radio host, Carlos Diaz.

Carlos, my friend, Danielle claimed that the tape was stolen from her, and that`s how it got out. But today, Staub`s "Housewives" co- star, Jacqueline Laurita, is accusing Staub of leaking it herself.

Here`s what Jacqueline writes on her Twitter page. I personally am not a follower. Jacqueline writing, "Heard from a very reliable source that D released her own sex tape. Heard it`s disgusting. Such disregard for her kids. I feel horrible for them."

Carlos, I`ve got to tell you. It wouldn`t surprise me one bit if Danielle did leak this tape. What about you? Is that just a crazy notion?

CARLOS DIAZ, SYNDICATED RADIO HOST: I saw portions of this sex tape. I haven`t seen so much cougar skin since "Animal Kingdom" went off the air. It`s really - it`s rough. It`s burned into mind forever.

I don`t know - you know, I don`t know if she released it or not. You know, I wouldn`t put it past one of the real housewives, you know, as far as wanting to promote themselves. But really, seriously, what next? A sex tape of Betty White? We just need to cut it, like, put a clamp on this thing right now.

HAMMER: Really and everybody - and Carlos Diaz viewing the tape for research purposes only.

DIAZ: Certainly.

HAMMER: Moving on to another story making news today, star quarterback Ben Roethlisberger speaking out in his first detailed interview since a Georgia woman accused him of raping her.

Now, this interview comes just a day after investigators released tapes of the woman making her claim. Roethlisberger admits he made some mistakes and wants his fans to know that. Take a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BEN ROETHLISBERGER, NFL QUARTERBACK: I have wanted to apologize to them for so many different things, for being immature, for being dumb, for being young, for not knowing any better, for getting caught up with everything that was going my way. But I didn`t want to gain the whole world and lose my soul and that`s what I was doing.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Keep in mind, of course, that investigators decided not to charge big Ben. But Carlos, are you convinced that he`s a changed man?

DIAZ: He sounds like, you know, he`s contrite. It`s a good interview and the fact that he`s saying that he`s sorry. But he does state that he doesn`t have a dependency on alcohol. And he says that he can`t comment on the case because of another case that`s going with him and a woman in Nevada.

HAMMER: Yes.

DIAZ: So I don`t know how sorry he truly is.

HAMMER: Yes.

DIAZ: And he`s saying all the right things right now.

HAMMER: He`d better not screw up one bit. Carlos Diaz, thank you, my friend. All right. Moving on, you have got to see this - Michelle Obama`s unbelievable emotional graduation speech today.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there as the first lady gave the commencement address this morning at Anacostia High School in Washington, D.C. Mrs. Obama had tears in her eyes as she remembered the sacrifices her parents made for her.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MICHELLE OBAMA, UNITED STATES FIRST LADY: Growing up, there were plenty of times that I doubted my capabilities. But let me tell you something, something else I remember.

I remember my mom pushing me and my brother to do things she had never done herself, things she had been afraid to do herself. What I remember is my father getting up every day and going work at a water filtration plant, even after he was diagnosed with M.S., even after it got hard for him to button his shirt and to get up and walk.

See, I remember my parents sacrificing for us, pouring everything they had into us, being there for us, encouraging us to reach for a life they never knew. And it is because of them and because of the support I got from teachers and mentors that I am standing here today.

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wow. Very (UNINTELLIGIBLE). Michelle Obama`s father, Frazier, passed away in 1991. Her mother, Marian Robinson, lives at the White House.

Well, it`s Lady Gaga gone wild. The incredible new photos of the nearly naked Gaga at a major league baseball game, looking like she`s giving fans the finger. Now, I love Gaga, but I am starting to wonder if she is trying a bit too hard to be shocking.

Miley`s explosive new diss of drugs and booze. Miley Cyrus says today she`s way too cool for that. But wait until you hear what Miley just said she is ready and willing to do.

And did you see this? It`s outrageous and I can`t stop laughing. It`s some of the best open mike bloopers ever.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CARLY FIORINA, REPUBLICAN SENATORIAL CANDIDATE: (UNINTELLIGIBLE) saw Barbara Boxer briefly on television this morning, and said what everyone said, "God, what is that hair?" So yesterday.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views. Time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: "Gossip Girl" star Chace Crawford charged with pot possession in Texas. "Mad Men" star January Jones unhurt after crashing in four parked cars.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: So will Angelina Jolie be the new Cleopatra? Making news today, a brand-new "Cleopatra" movie is in the (UNINTELLIGIBLE) stage of development. And apparently, it`s being made exclusively for Angelina Jolie.

Jolie would follow in Elizabeth Taylor`s groundbreaking performance in the 1963 "Cleopatra" film. Now, Liz`s "Cleopatra" was one of the most expensive films ever made at that time.

Well, the author of the book that Jolie`s movie will be based on says of Angelina this - physically, she`s the perfect look. Elizabeth Taylor received heaps of praise for her Cleopatra portrayal. So Angie, I`m thinking, if you take this role, you have some pretty, pretty big shoes to fill.

Miley Cyrus just says no to drugs. In a revealing and dramatic new interview revealed today, Miley says that she is too cool for drugs and alcohol. Miley and her mom just sat down with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show. Miley made it very clear to Ryan, drugs are for dummies.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

MILEY CYRUS, SINGER AND ACTRESS: Drugs are for idiots and I`m never going to be that person. And I think as long as I steer clear of that and keep that mind frame, I think I`ll be cool, because I`m like, I have way too much on my own.

RYAN SEACREST, RADIO TALK SHOW HOST: I know.

M. CYRUS: I go out and I dance and I have fun, like, I just have so much fun. I look at people who do that kind of stuff, and I`m like, you look stupid and you don`t look hot and you don`t look sexy.

SEACREST: That`s true. And I think you will probably get drunk on your 21st birthday.

M. CYRUS: I`ll never say I`m going to be like, "I`ll never have a drink in my entire life," because that is probably going to be a lie.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: So Miley, we all hope you mean it. There`s a fired-up debate taking place right now on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook page. So many people are speaking out today about Lindsay Lohan`s legal nightmare and whether she should be put in jail or in rehab, and which one would save Lilo.

Tony J. says he is sick of Lindsay, saying this, "She`s a celebrity and rules don`t apply to them."

Here`s Kristin S. saying Lindsay needs to be locked up and the key thrown away, "Lock, butt up, maybe that way she will finally learn a lesson since she doesn`t seem to take anything seriously."

We would love for you to join the debate on Facebook. You can always go behind the scenes of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT and get breaking entertainment news alerts on Twitter. You can call us on "Showbiz on Call." And of course, our E-mail still works. It`s all at "SHOWBIZ Connects," CNN.com/ShowbizTonight.

Now it`s time for the SHOWBIZ lineup - here`s what`s coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

The startling Sandra thank you today. Listen to this - Jesse James` porn star ex-wife is saying thank you to Sandra. Will they become best friends?

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is naming the most provocative celebrity of the week today. Will Gary Coleman`s ex-wife, Shannon Price, get the award for fighting with just about everyone over Gary`s estate? Could it be Lindsay Lohan for setting off her alcohol monitoring bracelet? Or the always outrageous Lady Gaga for her controversial new "Alejandro" music video?

She`s also pushing lots of buttons today for stripping down to her bra and panties at a major league baseball game and flipping people off. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

And now, it`s the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: The Judds announce new 18-city reunion tour. The third "Transformers" movie will be filmed in 3-D.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

Now, on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, Gaga gone wild. Lady Gaga flipping people off at a baseball game. Oh, and she did it in her bra and panties.

Jesse James` porn star ex-wife - her special new message for Sandra Bullock today. Could the unthinkable happen? Could Sandra and Jesse`s ex-wife actually become best friends?

And the most outrageous, the most controversial, the most shocking open mike bloopers caught on tape today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SALMA HAYEK, ACTRESS: Oh, my god! Somebody do something! No!

(SCREAMING)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Plus, breaking today from the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker," big news about the next "Twilight" movie. And will Tori Spelling have another child?

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

We have breaking news for you today. Has Lady Gaga gone gaga? Brand-new photos today show a truly bizarre side of Lady Gaga going batty at a Mets game. This outrageous incident has us wondering today, is Lady Gaga possibly melting down under the pressures of fame?

Right now, from Hollywood, it`s Carlos Diaz who`s a syndicated radio show host. Right now, with me in New York, Megan Alexander who is a correspondent for "Inside Edition."

Check out these truly bizarre brand-new photos SHOWBIZ TONIGHT just obtained today of Lady Gaga. She was a Mets game last night. She absolutely stunned her fans when she stripped down to her bra and panties. Look at that.

And then Gaga started flipping people off. Now, I totally understand why she would get mad and flip off the paparazzi and that is what she is claiming happened. But Carlos Diaz, my friend, I`m thinking that taking all your clothes off isn`t really the way to deflect attention.

DIAZ: Have you ever been to Flushing in June? Dude, it`s hot out there. Come on. A.J., come on, she`s a rock star, dude. I mean, what indication do we need to know that she`s kind of out there? Her name`s Gaga.

And I don`t think she`s too worried about taking off the cross section of Mets fans who love her. I don`t think (UNINTELLIGIBLE) Mets fans who are like, "Oh, got to go down with the new Lady Gaga single.

She is the new Madonna. She is the rock star of our generation. I say go, Gaga, go. Keep flipping people off. Keep wearing your bra and panties to baseball games. Keep doing what you`re doing.

HAMMER: Yes. Keep flipping people off, Gaga. Now, looking at what she`s wearing there. That`s a stark contrast to how she arrived at the Mets game. Apparently, she was wearing a leather jacket and she was seated, believe it or not, in the general seating area.

But the word is that she got all annoyed by the paparazzi and all of the attention so she moved over to Jerry Seinfeld`s private box - why not? And that`s where she apparently, very promptly stripped down and started acting up.

Now, today, it`s pretty clear Lady Gaga wants to make sure that people knew she wasn`t giving the bird to her fans.

(CROSS TALK)

But that`s not what she tweeted about. Let me just read her tweet, shall I? "A middle finger is more New York than a corporate ambush," I love that. She says, "I bleed for my hometown and I would die for my fans."

And Megan, I have to tell you, I`m with Carlos here. I actually love Lady Gaga specifically because she does her own thing. Do you think what we saw, stripping down, flipping the bird - is that something to worry about or is it Gaga just being gaga?

ALEXANDER: Oh, it`s nothing to worry about. And just for the record, when I want to fly under the radar, I bust out my leather-studded bra and sit in the front row behind the home plate at a Mets game.

And I`m just fine with that. She`s being who she is being, A.J. and loves the attention she is getting from this.

HAMMER: And you don`t flip off your finger.

ALEXANDER: I never do that, but I did (UNINTELLIGIBLE).

HAMMER: I don`t even know what that means. Just mix it up as I go along here. Well, that brings us to our brand-new SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll today. Here`s what we`re asking, "Lady Gaga: Does her behavior disturb you?" Because, you know, it does disturb some people.

But I`m not just talking about just her batty baseball behavior. I`m talking about the whole kit and the caboodle, too - racy outfits, the new music video that Katy Perry calls blasphemous - everything.

Carlos, I believe I have your vote down here. I believe none of it shocks you.

DIAZ: The only thing that shocks me actually is that she sat in a seat in New York at a baseball game, you know, the general admission in her panties. Do you know what those seats are covered with? Come on now. That is bad.

ALEXANDER: There you go.

(CROSS TALK)

HAMMER: I spent some time at the new Citi Field. The crew there - they are on it. There`s none of (UNINTELLIGIBLE) -

DIAZ: OK. All right.

HAMMER: I`m here to say. All right Let`s move on.

(CROSS TALK)

Let`s move on. We have another big story that`s making big news today. And guess what? It`s about Lindsay Lohan. Her assistant quits on her. Also, Jesse James` ex-wife is publicly thanking Sandra Bullock. What? It`s all making big news in "The Buzz" today. Roll it.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): A big thanks to Sandra Bullock from Janine Lindemulder, the ex-wife of Sandra`s soon to be ex-husband, Jesse James. Lindemulder is thanking Sandra for looking after her and Jesse`s seven-year-old daughter while Lindemulder was in jail for tax evasion. In a brand-new interview with "Radar Online," she thanks them.

JANINE LINDEMULDER, JESSE JAMES` EX-WIFE: I am still very grateful. She did a wonderful job and I`m forever indebted.

HAMMER: Mad about Mike. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there as Hollywood`s A-list turned out to celebrate legendary director Mike Nichols, who has directed such classic films as "The Graduate." Stars including Helen Mirren, Michael Douglas, Steven Spielberg and Natalie Portman all came out to honor Nichols. He got a lifetime achievement award from the American Film Institute.

MIKE NICHOLS, DIRECTOR: It`s not something that you can experience, you know. You think, really? Are you sure? Me?

HAMMER: Quitting on Lindsay. Lindsay Lohan`s new assistant has reportedly quit after a few months because the long hours and Lindsay`s demands got to her. The assistant`s decision to scram comes as Lindsay wears a SCRAM bracelet to monitor whether she`s drinking.

A judge just issued an arrest warrant for Lindsay after her SCRAM bracelet went off. But Lindsay posted bail.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

And I just happen to love that it`s called a SCRAM bracelet. There`s something fun about saying that. But Lindsay makes bail and her assistant bails.

Seriously, though, her latest assistant only lasted only a couple of months. Megan, I`m actually thinking if it was two months, it`s two months longer than I would have lasted and you would have lasted. Who would do this?

ALEXANDER: A.J., there`s a special place in heaven for celebrity assistants, where sleep is eternal and their cell phones never ring. There`s no job security here. Lindsay can be phoning jail at any minute. She needed to get another job.

HAMMER: Well, you know, somebody will have to make up excuses for her while she`s behind bars if she does go behind bars. Now, this I love. TMZ having some fun, posting a very funny help wanted ad spoof on behalf of Lindsay Lohan. And I`m going to read it to you right now.

This is possibly not real, "SCRAM-challenged, early 20s actress seeks assistant who enjoys long drivers on PCH at 4:00 p.m., having her photo taken at 4:00 a.m. and helps with early morning errands, noon. Low pay but opportunities to work with other family members available."

Now, again, TMZ jests, I`m sure. But Carlos, who the heck would voluntarily choose to become the personal assistant of Lindsay Lohan? I realize these are tough and uncertain economic times. But really?

DIAZ: You know, you work at 9:00 to 5:00 for Lindsay, except it`s 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. But I can`t believe she quit. I mean, Lindsay Lohan - I mean, she`s accountable for all of her actions. She never blames anything that goes wrong in her life on somebody else.

Oh, wait a minute, she does. Yes, that would be the worst job in the world, to be Lindsay`s assistant. So yes, let the line form right to my left. Anyone who wants to be Lindsay`s assistant, jump right in to the hell that would be that life.

HAMMER: Yes, I`d like to work things out by doing something I really do and that`s giving Lindsay Lohan credit. If you are her assistant, you don`t have to worry necessarily that she will throw a device like a Blackberry at you. Because so far, we don`t know that that`s ever taken place. You know, she`s been clear of doing anything like that, Megan.

ALEXANDER: Yes. That is the one thing. A.J., also, I don`t think you want to list this as your previous job when you go to apply for that next job. Whatever they want -

HAMMER: What do you move on to? Where do you go to from there? All right. I do want to move to another explosive new story that`s making big news today. That big thank you to Sandra Bullock from Jesse James` porn star ex-wife is raising a lot of explosive new questions today.

Now, keep in mind, this is the woman who, just six months ago, was engaged in a truly bitter custody battle that was linked to Sandra Bullock. So what the heck is up with that? Carlos Diaz, Megan Alexander, stay right where you are. We will have that in just a moment.

All right. That sounds provocative. And yes, today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is naming the most provocative celebrity of the week. Here are your nominees. Gary Coleman`s ex-wife, Shannon Price. So many things she`s done. The most disturbing to me - those deathbed photos of her posing next to Gary.

And of course, Lindsay Lohan - she sets off her alcohol-monitoring bracelet. She avoids jail again.

Or will it be Lady Gaga for flipping some people off by wearing a bra and panties.

I can`t wait to show you this today - a lot of fun. The most outrageous, most over-the-top, the truly unbelievable open mike bloopers.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAYEK: Oh, my god. Get the snake. Somebody do something. No!

(SCREAMING)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Please take this from me and some people that I work with. You`ve always got to assume your mike is on. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Time now to roll out the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: "Twilight`s" "Breaking Dawn" will be split into two movies. Michael Jackson estate OK`s a bobble head based on MJ`s Motown 25th anniversary outfit.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: The big reveal now as SHOWBIZ TONIGHT names the most provocative celebrity of the week. The nominees - Shannon Price for reportedly selling Gary Coleman`s deathbed photos and claiming they`re still married. Lindsay Lohan for her SCRAM-wearing, jail-avoiding alcohol drama. And Lady Gaga nominated for her shockilicious(ph) antics, everything, from her over-the-top music video to her double middle finger salute at New York Mets game. That`s where she stripped down to a black studded bra and panties.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

And we`re going to name the most provocative celebrity of the week in just a moment. You do not want to miss it. But first, just in today - Thanks, Sandra. Jesse James ex-wife is now publicly thanking Jesse`s soon-to-be ex-wife, Sandra Bullock, in a brand-new interview today.

Janine Lindemulder expressed her appreciation to Sandra for taking such good care of Lindemulder`s seven-year-old daughter, Sunny, while Lindemulder was in the clink.

With me right now, in New York, is Shira Lazar who is a digital correspondent for "CBSNews.com." Also, in New York, Brian Balthazar. Brian is an editor with "PopGoesTheWeek.com."

So Jesse James` ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, was feeling some Sandra Bullock love after a judge granted Lindemulder visitation rights with the daughter that Lindemulder had with Jesse James. Are you following along now? I`ve got to tell you, I was actually pleasantly surprised by what she said here. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LINDEMULDER: I`m still very grateful. She did a wonderful job and I`m forever indebted.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This is a woman that Sandra Bullock was going head to head with not that long ago, Shira. But she seems sincere to me. Do you think she was?

SHIRA LAZAR, DIGITAL CORRESPONDENT, "CBSNEWS.COM": Well, she wasn`t in court when she said that, so who knows? But at this point, she needs to be grateful. She needs to look good.

I mean, this is someone who everyone pretty much hates. I mean, when all of the bloggers talk horribly online and obviously, the public. She`s, you know, been in porn, a halfway house.

So she needs to say something good at this point. I mean, Sandra, to everyone at this point, is America`s sweetheart.

HAMMER: Yes.

LAZAR: So she did say something good. It would have looked really bad for her, A.J. -

HAMMER: Yes. Let`s hope that what she is saying is backed up by some real feelings.

LAZAR: Exactly.

HAMMER: But it does make me wonder if, you know, maybe Sandra Bullock and Jesse`s porn star ex might just become friends after all because they do have this little girl Sunny`s best interest at heart. I know both of them do. Brian, what do you think? Is that such a farfetched idea?

BRIAN BALTHAZAR, EDITOR, "POPGOESTHEWEEK.COM": I will jump out of a triple box if that happens. I think - I would be pretty surprised, because, you know, Sandra is doing anything she can to stay away from the tabloid element of the story.

So I think she will do whatever she has to do to keep it civil. She`s not going to be going to Rodeo Drive with her.

HAMMER: Yes.

BALTHAZAR: She`s not going to sit over coffee publicly. She`s just going to do the bare minimum.

HAMMER: All right. Shari, are you jumping out of the triple box, too, if that happens?

LAZAR: Yes. I mean, I just don`t want to see any more exes. I`m sick of the exes. Enough of them.

HAMMER: And Chris, take her out of the triple box. There you go. All right. You`re safe now. Well, neither Jesse James nor Sandra Bullock made the cut to be named SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week.

But I`ve got to tell you, it was tough. This week`s celebrities certainly gave us a lot of, shall we say, outrageous shenanigans to consider.

I want you to check out our three nominees, not the three people in the box. All right. It`s Shannon Price for reportedly selling Gary Coleman`s deathbed photo and her claim that they`re still married even though they`re divorced. Lindsay Lohan for her SCRAM-wearing, jail- avoiding alcohol drama. And then, Lady Gaga - it`s the week for her. Her over-the-top music video came out. Her double middle-finger salute at the Mets game where she stripped down to her black-studded bra and panties.

Brian, back in the triple box, who do you think deserves the esteemed title of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week? Who is it?

BALTHAZAR: I`ve got to eliminate Gaga. Being surprised by her acting crazy is like being surprised by Richard Simmons being flamboyant. Lindsay Lohan is more of the same. So I`m going with Shannon Price, posing for a, you know, new profile photo with your husband on his deathbed is just over the top and fighting for money you don`t even know he has. It`s just crazy.

HAMMER: All right. Well, let`s move right to it. It is time now to reveal SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week. For that, I need a drum roll, please.

It is Shannon Price. Yes, Shannon got it. She, of course, reportedly sold Gary Coleman`s deathbed photo to a tabloid. I just think it doesn`t get more disgusting than that.

She made the bombshell claim today that even though they are divorced, she is Gary Coleman`s common law wife, and her legal move now, of course, to become the heir to his estate. Shira, do you agree that the Price is right?

LAZAR: I mean, come on. This provocative course of the week - she`s milking her 15 seconds of fame and it`s so sad to see in such a tragic way. I mean - and now this reality show coming up in 2008 - you know, he said, "All she wanted was money."

So surprise, surprise. It shouldn`t be that big of a surprise that she`s doing all of this. It`s just really tragic and it`s sad and disgusting to see as a public.

HAMMER: Yes. And what`s sad and disgusting to me - and Brian, I`m certain you agree, it doesn`t appear that this is going to stop any time soon. And Gary continues to be betrayed after he`s gone.

BALTHAZAR: Yes. People wanted his money in life from the very beginning and they want it in death. And it`s really, really tragic.

HAMMER: Shira, we did have a couple of write-in votes. One for Sandra Bullock because she is so strong in showing how good she`s doing. Should we have considered that?

LAZAR: Yes, she appeared at the MTV Movie Awards, kissing Scarlett Johansson this past week, so she`s definitely made herself more provocative. But people still love her, so it`s a good provocative.

HAMMER: All right. Shira Lazar, Brian Balthazar, I thank you both. Well, if there`s one thing I`ve learned working in this business all of these years - always assume your microphone is on, OK? Because otherwise, you could end up in a story about the most outrageous open- mike bloopers.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAYEK: Oh, my god! Get the snake! Somebody do something. No.

(SCREAMING)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: It is time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Tori Spelling`s husband, Dean McDermott says he and Tori want to have another baby. Star Jones to write a novel based on a "View"-like show.

And now, HLN`s salute to Dads, Father`s Day, is coming up, of course. And we`ve been asking the stars what their fathers mean to them. Today, "Get Him to the Greek" star, Jonah Hill -

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JONAH HILL, ACTOR: Happy Father`s Day, Dad. I love you. More than anything, you will always be my best friend. I would be nothing without you. I love you. Happy Father`s Day.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Very nice, Jonah. By the way, remember, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is in "Get Him to the Greek" so tell Dad to go see it. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: As much as fun as this is, I actually do feel badly for Salma Hayek. She completely freaked out when she saw a snake.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAYEK: Oh, my god! Get the snake. Somebody do something! No!

(SCREAMING)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: You`ve got to admit, it`s funny to watch. But did you see this? Here are the other biggest open-mike bloopers of all time. And they`re coming your way today courtesy of CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): A stifled yawn, a makeup touchup, the usual small talk.

FIORINA: Blah, blah, blah.

MOOS: Waiting for the real talk to begin, a TV interview. When Republican Senate candidate Carly Fiorina mentioned her opponent, that`s when things got hairy.

CARLY FIORINA (R), CALIFORNIA SENATE CANDIDATE: Lauda (ph) saw Barbara Boxer briefly on television this morning and said what everyone says, "God, what is that hair? So yesterday.

MOOS: So busted. Carly`s comment was played and replayed.

FIORINA: God, what is that hair?

JOY BEHAR, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": What is that dress?

MOOS (on camera): Barbara Boxer`s hair may be -

FIORINA: So yesterday.

MOOS (voice-over): But later the same day, Carly Fiorina was having to explain her comments to Greta van Susteren.

FIORINA: I was quoting a friend of mine. My goodness, my hair has been talked about by a million people. You know, it sort of goes with the territory.

MOOS: She lost -

FIORINA: What`s with the hair?

MOOS: Then re-grew her hair -

FIORINA: And see how long my hair is?

MOOS: After a successful fight against breast cancer. Now, Fiorina joins the cast of characters caught on camera, waiting to go on, caught dancing. Caught eating pastry, caught debating which way to wear the trench coat collar.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: See if you put it down.

MOOS: Even Richard Nixon had his small talk captured moments before his resignation speech.

RICHARD NIXON, FORMER UNITED STATES PRESIDENT: Call Secret Service, any Secret Service in the room?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This way.

NIXON: Out. I`m just kidding you.

MOOS (on camera): And who could forget John Edwards who got caught primping before an interview, something we all do?

(voice-over): Someone put it to music.

(MUSIC)

MOOS: Look out, Carly.

(MUSIC)

(on camera): We are just joshing you, Carly. We are petty all the time, before and after the camera turns on. People heard what we say -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: In the commercials.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Just do a commercial.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We`d be fired.

MOOS (voice-over): It`s like seeing public figures without their game face.

HARRY SHEARER, COMEDIAN/ACTOR: In those moments before they put their TV personality on.

MOOS: And sometimes, the TV personality disappears during the interview -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, my God.

MOOS: Like when Salma Hayek and her co-stars freaked out.

(SCREAMING)

MOOS: At the sight of a snake during an interview with "Extra."

HAYEK: Somebody do something.

MOOS: Yes, do something. Stop rolling tape.

FIORINA: So yesterday.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

Are we on? That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m actually glad that Jeanne hasn`t found any of my bloopers yet.
