A.J. HAMMER, CNN HN HOST: Barack Obama`s wife co-hosts "The View" and you`ve got to hear her shocking story about what happened in Las Vegas. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
BROOKE ANDERSON, CNN HN HOST: And a special anniversary celebration featuring 100 naked runners? I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

HAMMER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

Tonight, a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive, the startling inside story of the threatening phone calls made to Hulk Hogan and his family. Tonight, for the very first time, the radio personality who revealed the phone call.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Did Hulk Hogan give you the tapes of these very threatening voice mails?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Did the Hogans leak the tape? If not the Hogans, then who did it? And was it a big mistake? Tonight, it`s the explosive headline-making interview you`ll see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Tonight, more stars who just need to zip it. Joan Rivers` brand-new shocking F-bomb rant on live TV. Denise Richards opening her mouth again about her bitter battle with ex-hubby Charlie Sheen. Can we all just please zip it?

Plus, the brand-new bachelor hot list that`s got everyone talking. Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT reveals the hottest bachelors in Hollywood and beyond. Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City.

ANDERSON: Hi, there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson coming to you from Hollywood. And tonight, a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive, the story behind the release of the chilling threatening phone calls that were made to Hulk Hogan and his family.

HAMMER: They are the disturbing calls SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has now confirmed the police are investigating. Threats to the Hogans so graphic, so violent, you have got to wonder whether they now fear for their lives. And tonight, only SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is bringing you the guy who exposed the calls to the world on his radio show. It is the fascinating story breaking right here and making news right now.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I`m going to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) on you and your family`s grave, Terry.

HAMMER (voice-over): The entire nation was disgusted by the threatening phone calls left on the voice mail of Hulk Hogan. The caller threatens Hulk, whose real name is Terry, and the entire Hogan family, and Nick who`s in jail for this alleged street racing accident that injured his friend, John Graziano.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Your kids going to bleed. Your little (EXPLETIVE DELETED) son is going to bleed slow.

HAMMER: Now SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has for you the man who brought the world those explosive tape, Florida radio personality, Bubba the Love Sponge.

BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE CLEM, RADIO HOST: You shouldn`t threaten a person`s daughter, wife or son the way this person did.

HAMMER: And in this exclusive interview, Bubba tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT the shocking reasons why he did it.

CLEM: I`m done being quiet.

HAMMER: Bubba the Love Sponge Clem, yes, that is his real name, is a close family friend of the Hogans`. Still at first he said he didn`t talk much about the Hogans` troubles on his show. But Bubba tell me that neutrality ended as soon as he heard those disturbing voice mails.

CLEM: This voice mail was the final straw. I`m a father and I have children and i have a wife. Enough`s enough.

HAMMER: Bubba played the tapes on his radio show Monday morning.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You kept opening your (EXPLETIVE DELETED) mouth. (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

HAMMER: But when I spoke with bubba about it, there was one question he refused to answer.

Did Hulk Hogan give you the very threatening voice mails?

CLEM: I`m not going to give you the source as a true media broadcast professional that I am but rest assured they are authentic and I got them from a very reliable source.

HAMMER: Did you do this Bubba in any way to up the sympathy factor for the Hogans?

CLEM: I`m not going -- doing it to up the sympathy. I want you to be able to see the Grazianos in a different light.

HAMMER: Although police say they are investigating a member of the Graziano family for the voice mails and they aren`t saying which one. And there`s no proof any of the Grazianos were directly involved. The Grazianos and the Hogans are in the middle of an all-out war. And after the release of those jailhouse recordings of Hulk and his jailed son, callously planning a reality show .

NICK HOGAN, HULK HOGAN`S SON: Will you work on that reality deal?

HULK HOGAN, PROFESSIONAL WRESTLER: Yeah.

HAMMER: And dissing Graziano.

H. HOGAN: For some reason (inaudible).

HAMMER: The Grazianos and their representatives have hit the airwaves to blast the Hogans right back.

GEORGE TRAGOS, JOHN GRAZIANO ATTORNEY: They were never sorry, they were never remorseful. They thought the rules don`t apply to them.

FRANK CARUSO, JOHN GRAZIANO`S BROTHER: My brother is in a veteran`s hospital. We don`t know when he`s coming home. We`ve been there for nine months and he`s been there for less than a month.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I`m going to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) on you and your family`s grave, Terry.

HAMMER: And although there is no evidence tying the Grazianos to the voice mails, Bubba the Love Sponge tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT there are a lot of unanswered questions.

CLEM: There`s a lot of things you guys don`t know about and the public has just been killing Terry. And I`m not going to stand for it anymore.

HAMMER: On the very same day Bubba first played the tapes, Headline News` Nancy Grace revealed this heartbreaking video released by the Graziano family of John Graziano in the hospital. Bubba agrees graziano is where the focus should be.

CLEM: We should stop bickering. We should do our time in jail as Nick Hogan, we should shut our mouths as a Graziano, we should keep quiet as the Hogans and we should worry about what happens to John Graziano.

HAMMER: But with those disgusting phone calls, the police investigation, the Grazianos` civil lawsuit against the Hogans and now a full-blown media war, the true victim in this case is getting the least attention of all.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (voice-over): All right. So even if it wasn`t his intention, did bubba buy the Hogans any sympathy by playing those threats on his radio show? Joining me tonight from Hollywood, Darren Kavinoky of the Kavinoky Law Firm and in New York, it`s Marvette Britto of the Britto Agency. Darren, Marvette, it`s always good to have you on.

Now Bubba the Love Sponge left no doubt why he thought it was important to release those voice mail messages directed at the Hogan family. I want you to listen, again, to why he says he did it.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CLEM: I`m a father. I`m a husband, if this was coming on my voice mail or my friend`s voice mail, as a friend, I had to get involved. I had to.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right. Darren, coming from a friend, a best friend, it makes sense to me. Do you buy that?

DARREN KAVINOKY, ATTORNEY: I don`t buy it far second, A.J. In fact, I don`t want to get all Joan Rivers bleeps out here, but I`m thinking about two words that involve the phrase "ratings whore." If threatening voice mails are left on a friend`s answering machine, you take those to the police and why is it that these land in the hands of a radio disc jockey in the first place? It doesn`t make any sense. This was a serious threat. It should have been treated accordingly by going strictly to law enforcement when a disc jockey blasts it on the airwaves, it doesn`t help the investigation. This is just turning into a bizarro world. I`m expecting H.R. Puffenstuff to jump out and join us on the panel.

HAMMER: It`s long since turned into a bizarro world. What about you, Marvette? Are you with the Darren Kavinoky cynicism party tonight?

MARVETTE BRITTO, BRITTO AGENCY: Absolutely. This is another episode of a Hulk Hogan reality show. This is really about Bubba getting P.R. We don`t know for sure if the Grazianos had anything to do with those recordings. And Darren is right, I`m sure that they really ended up in the hands of a radio deejay. Why couldn`t an average person end up with the tapes and turn them over to the authorities. If he really is trying to do his friend justice he should advise his friend to focus on john, who is really the victim here. For us to make Hulk Hogan the victim just because he was threatened. Again, we don`t know who made the threats. Perhaps concerned Americans who are really responding to this story, perhaps some father who really is concerned made those threats against the Hogans.

HAMMER: And to his credit, Bubba continually kept bringing it back to John Graziano and how we have to remember John Graziano when we spoke. My complete interview with bubba is coming up. Bubba and Hulk Hogan are long- time friends. Bubba told me in the interview that hulk is the godfather of his son and he was also the best man at Bubba`s wedding. When I asked if he played the tapes on his show to give sympathy for the Hogans, he gave me a surprising answer. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CLEM: No, I`m not doing it to up the sympathy. There`s been a lot of mistakes made. Nick probably should have been quiet and kept his mouth shut in jail. He should probably go do his time like a man. So I`ve not gotten involved. But there`s a lot of things that you guys don`t know about and the public has just been killing Terry and I`m not going to stand for it anymore.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: A little more insight into why he felt it was so important to get those tapes on the air on the same day the tapes were played, Nancy Grace exclusively revealed this video of John Graziano in the hospital that really just underscores how horrific all of this is. Darren, nobody should be suggested to threats. But once you see the Graziano video, it`s just hard to have any sympathy for the Hogans, isn`t it?

KAVINOKY: It`s becoming impossible. And if the Grazianos released that home video in response to Bubba airing the threatening voice mails, then Bubba has not done his good friend any favors at all. The videotape, that home video is so compelling and right now what we`re seeing is a public relations war and the battle is over the hearts and minds of those prospective jurors in the civil case and in the court of public opinion. And frankly, that home video delivers a knock-out punch. So the Hogans really -- they can`t have a response that will measure up to the power of that video.

HAMMER: Yeah, I understand that. In our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day, we asked everybody, Hogans getting threatening phone calls, do you feel sorry for them? Look at this, 79 percent said no sympathy. Marvette, I`ve got 10 seconds. I imagine those results don`t surprise you.

BRITTO: Not at all. Not at all. This is, again, yet another chapter in a story that Bubba should be concerned about the fact that this is ongoing. If he has such sympathy for his friend and wants to talk to him from the perspective of a friend and a father, he should advise him to unite with the family in prayer that John may recover if that`s possible.

HAMMER: We`ll hear some of that coming up.

Marvette Britto, Darren Kavinoky, thank you both for being here.

Now we want to ask you if you haven`t sounded off in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" question of the day. If Hogans get threatening phone calls, do you feel sorry for them? You can vote at cnn.com/showbiztonight or e-mail showbiztonight@cnn.com.

ANDERSON: A.J., no matter which side you`re on, everybody really needs to remember that there is a young Iraq War veteran who`s been seriously hurt.

HAMMER: There`s no question about that. We`re not done yet. As we`ve been saying what you haven`t heard in my exclusive interview with Bubba the Love Sponge still to come and what he said about Hulk`s son, Nick.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CLEM: I do think Nick needs to man up and do his time. So, yes and no. I think the public has given the Hogans somewhat of a raw deal, but I do think the Hogans have controlled a little bit of their destiny.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Some real surprises. Bubba saying things I got to say I never expected, especially what the Hulk himself is saying about the release of these tapes. It`s the full, explosive headline-making interview you`ll see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

ANDERSON: I`ve got another bunch of stars who I think should just zip it. Joan Rivers` brand-new shocking F-word rant on live TV. Denise Richards opening her mouth again about her bitter battle with ex-hubby Charlie Sheen. Enough already. Can`t they all just zip it. I don`t know if I can keep a straight face while saying this. The unbelievable story of a woman who got hurt by her thong, as in underwear. And she`s suing. Stick around for that.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: George Clooney, "American Idol" winner David Cook, Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado from TV`s "The Hill", just some of the sexy and single men heating up "People" magazine`s new hottest bachelors list. Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is bringing you "People" magazine`s brand-new picks for the hottest bachelors of 2008. The hot picks will hit newsstands on Friday but we`re revealing some of the real sizzlers right now.

Narrowing down the most attractive and available men in America is a tough job. But somebody`s got to do it and wait till you hear who tops the list. With me tonight in New York, special correspondent for "People" magazine, Julie Jordan. Welcome, Julie. And I have to say, there are a total of 91 eligible bachelors on "People`s" list this year. But only one lucky man can claim the top spot. And this year`s winner is -- can i get a drum roll please Charles -- Mario Lopez. There he is. Certainly not a bad-looking guy. But I`d have to imagine there is other criteria for judging the hottest bachelor out there besides being sexy and single, what makes Mario number one?

JULIE JORDAN, "PEOPLE" MAGAZINE: We looked at this as fun summer reading. We wanted our cover guy to recreate the sexiest poses throughout history. And Mario was game. We need a guy who had a really good body. He`s doing "A Chorus Line" on Broadway, he has a fitness book out. He had him re- create Burt Reynolds in "Cosmopolitan." He kind of came out of the closed set, didn`t need a robe or a towel, kind of came in, assumed the position and had fun .

ANDERSON: We were just looking at picture, re-created that photo of Burt Reynolds. And my first thought was, my goodness, how much does this guy work out? Talk about a good body, like you say.

JORDAN: Right. These pictures are amazing. He did Brad Pitt in "Thelma and Louise." he also did -- every pose you can imagine. Tom Cruise from "Top Gun." Marky Mark in the Calvin Klein boxers. It`s just amazing. It`s hard to kind of focus on his face.

ANDERSON: When you see these pictures. Just bulging muscles. Seems like he had a good time as well. Another hunk that made "People`s" hottest bachelor`s list is Jason Lewis, he`s the eye candy from "Sex and the City" and the TV show "Brothers and Sisters." And it seems clear from this spread why he made the cut. But other choices were more unexpected. Take David Cook. He is the soft-spoken rocker and this season`s winner of "American Idol." What makes David Cook a hot bachelor?

JORDAN: He`s a shy one. That`s kind of fun. Especially for singers, when they`re singing to their audience, there`s that connection. But for him, singing in front of millions of people, not a problem. But when it comes to being one-on-one with a pretty girl that he wants to ask out, says that`s kind of tough. He`s still the gentleman, likes to pay for things but doesn`t have the smooth moves down just yet.

ANDERSON: That`s OK. He doesn`t need them.

JORDAN: I don`t think he needs them, personally.

ANDERSON: No. Me either. And we know that David Cook is not the only singer to have made the list. There`s Adam Levine, front man for Maroon 5. And Bret Michaels, lead singer of Poison and star of "Rock of Love". Julie, does it just go with the territory that if you`re a musician you`re hot?

JORDAN: Hot and with Bret, he opens an act of men with long hair. For Bret his hair defines him. I love it. He`s not afraid to admit it. He said he`s going to invest in serious extensions from Europe. That is not going to be a problem for me.

ANDERSON: He is not ashamed.

And we can`t forget George Clooney. A usual suspect when it comes to these lists. Julie, is there ever going to be a hottest bachelor issue that doesn`t include Clooney?

JORDAN: It will be a really sad year if one issue we can`t. This year, the timing just happened with him breaking up with Sarah Larson. Of course we had to have him back because he`s eligible again. He`s the quintessential bachelor. I don`t think -- he`s actually said, I don`t think I`m going to get married again in the future. Many bachelor issues to come. We hope to always feature George.

ANDERSON: Fingers crossed. They`re all very handsome and most of them smart and talented as well. Julie Jordan, thank you so much. Till next time.

"People" magazine featuring the hottest bachelors hits newsstands on Friday.

HAMMER: Brooke, I`ve got to tell you I`m just so shocked by the whole Hogan family drama. First, the outrage jailhouse tape, now these threatening phone calls.

ANDERSON: Yeah, A.J., Nick Hogan`s car accident was so horrific. His best friend nearly killed. I hope everyone can try to move on soon.

HAMMER: Oh yeah. That would be nice. Coming up, my SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive. For the very first time, the radio personality who revealed the startling phone call threats directed at the Hogans.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CLEM: No, I`m not doing it to up the sympathy. What I did was I wanted you to be able to see the Grazianos in a different light.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: But what did he mean by that? But it`s the explosive interview you`ll see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

ANDERSON: All right. Every time I turn around, there are more big stars who should just zip it. Like Joan Rivers with a brand-new F-word rant on live TV. Then there`s Denise Richards who keeps promising to keep quiet about her ugly battle with ex-husband, Charlie Sheen. But there she goes again.

And hurt by a thong. A woman sues Victoria`s Secret claiming she was injured by a thong. Are you kidding me? How on earth do you get hurt by a thong? That`s straight ahead.

HAMMER: I`m eager to find out but first, check out the free ever-changing SHOWBIZ TONIGHT podcast. You`ll find it on our Web site, that is cnn.com/showbiztonight and you`re also able to download it on iTunes by doing a search for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is coming right back.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. And I think somewhere Tim Russert`s got a big, old smile on his face because some of the biggest names in politics, I`m talking people who definitely don`t see eye-to-eye, all came together to celebrate his life on Wednesday. Presidential rivals John McCain and Barack Obama and there was a who`s who in TV news, including Tom Brokaw, Brian Williams and Matt Lauer, all showing up to honor Russert. It was at a memorial service at the Kennedy Center. And NBC News icon and Russert`s good friend Tom Brokaw shared a moving message with Tim`s son, Luke.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TOM BROKAW, NBC NEWS: I`ve known you since you were a faint image on a sonogram. I remember the day your father called me and shouted into the telephone, a son. I`m going to have a son. However powerful and influential he became, whatever his fame and acclamations, nothing, nothing was as important to him as being your father.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Really touching. And late this afternoon, Bruce Springsteen played a tribute to Tim Russert via satellite at the service. Russert was a big fan of Bruce.

ANDERSON: There is more coming your way on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

HAMMER: You`ll definitely not want to miss my exclusive interview with the radio personality who released those threatening phone calls that were made to Hulk Hogan and his family.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CLEML I do think that Nick needs to man up and do his time. So, yes and no. I do think the public have given the Hogans somewhat of a raw deal. But I do think the Hogans have controlled a little bit of their destiny.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Did the Hogans leak the tapes and was ate big mistake? Coming up next, the headline-making interview you`ll see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

ANDERSON: Also tonight, more stars who I think should just zip it. Joan Rivers goes on a shocking F-word rant on live TV. Denise Richards opens her mouth again about her ugly battle with her ex, Charlie Sheen. Enough already. Just zip it.

And then there`s the woman who is suing Victoria`s Secret claiming she was badly injured by a thong, yes, a thong. How does something like that happen? Find out coming up.

(NEWSBREAK)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CLEM: No, I`m not doing it to up the sympathy. What i did is i wanted you to be able to see the Grazianos in a different light.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: On SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive on the Hogan family drama. The radio personality who played the calls to the Hogans on his radio show, speaks out exclusively to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

How did he get his hands on the calls? Who could be behind them? And will this popular radio host stand behind his friend, Hulk Hogan? Tonight, the headline-making interview you`ll see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Stars who should just zip it. Joan Rivers goes on a rant on live TV and drops the F-bomb. Denise Richards goes on and on about Charlie Sheen again. Oh, the humanity. Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT asks, why can`t these stars just zip it?

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson coming to you tonight from Hollywood. This is TV`s most provocative entertainment news show.

HAMMER: Tonight, a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive. For the very first time, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is bringing you the inside story of the threatening phone calls against Hulk Hogan and his family. The man who made the tapes public, Tampa, Florida-based radio personality, Bubba the Love Sponge is with us tonight. But first, here`s a small excerpt of one of the terrifying phone calls.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You`re going to bleed. Your little (EXPLETIVE DELETED) son is going to bleed slow. I`m going to bleed him and torture him slow, you (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Just shocking stuff. Now, the Clearwater Police Department confirms to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that they are investigating whether a member of the Graziano family made these calls. The tapes were released the very same day that Nancy Grace exclusively showed hospital video of John Graziano, who, of course, was critically injured in the car accident that led to Hulk Hogan`s son being sent to jail. It has definitely been a wild couple of days and at the center of it all, radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge.

He`s a long-time friend of the Hogan family and he`s got a lot to say about both sides of the explosive story. But in my exclusive interview with him, he holds back on one of the most important details -- did Hulk Hogan give him the tapes of the voice messages?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CLEM: I`m not going to give you my source as a true media broadcast spectrum (ph) that I am. But rest assured, they`re authentic and I got them from very reliable sources.

HAMMER: Can you say if it was a member of his family or any of his attorneys?

CLEM: Yes, I can probably say that. Yes.

HAMMER: Can you say specifically who it is?

CLEM: No, I specifically cannot tell you who I got them from. But believe me, they are authentic. They`re under investigation right now. The Police Department would have an issue with me - I`ve done a lot of things on my radio show but fabricating stuff like this is not something I would do. You`re talking about people`s lives here. This is a serious matter.

HAMMER: Sure. No question about that. There`s no question this is a serious matter. Let`s take a listen now to part of the phone calls, the threatening phone calls, where Hulk, in this case, whose real name is terry, is directly threatened. Let`s roll that.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I don`t know who the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) you think you are, Terrence, but you ain`t nothing. You ain`t nothing. And every marine, every gangster, every low-life, every crackhead and every (EXPLETIVE DELETED), they`re going to be looking for you and your little (EXPLETIVE DELETED) kid.

HAMMER: Obviously, Bubba, this is really, really scary stuff for anybody to hear. What was your motivation in putting these calls on the air?

CLEM: Well, A.J., I stayed out of this whole case up until this point. I`ve not opened my big mouth on my show, heard on Sirius Satellite Radio and also terrestrially here in Tampa and Jacksonville. I`ve kept out of it. I wanted the judicial part to run its course, let the judge to have my overbearing comments or attitudes. I kept my mouth shut up until now. But once something like this comes down, I`m a father, I`m a husband. If this was coming on my voice mail or my friend`s voice mail, as a friend, I had to get involved. I had to.

HAMMER: I think a lot of people can understand -- obviously this has been an intense and dramatic situation. But he is a long-time friend of yours. The family, long-time friends of yours. But a lot of people are still wondering what was to gain by putting them on the air. On your Web site, it says that on your show this week, quote - "We`ll be uncovering a lot of secrets in regards to the Graziano family." Did you do this in any way to up the sympathy factor for the Hogans?

CLEM: No, as a matter of fact, not only am I a good friend of the Hogans, Terry was the best man in my wedding and is the godfather of my son. I`m not doing it to up the sympathy. What I did is I wanted you to be able to see the Grazianos in a different light. They have browbeaten Terry. There have been a lot of mistakes made. Nick probably should have kept his mouth shut in jail. He should probably go do his time like a man. So I`ve not gotten involved. But there`s a lot of things you guys don`t know about and the public has just been killing Terry. And I`m not going to stand for it anymore. I`m going to let you know the things that I know and the data that I possibly have. This is another form of data that I had that people need to know about. People can form their own opinion about this case. But there are things you need to know about it. Hogan hasn`t asked me to do it. I`ve taken it upon myself to do it and I`m done being quiet. I`m not going to browbeat the Grazianos. But I want you to know a side of them you didn`t quite know about.

HAMMER: Have you been in touch with Hulk or the Hogans since you put these tapes on the air?

CLEM: I`ve spoken to Terry in the last couple of days. Yes.

HAMMER: What did he say to you?

CLEM: He says listen, man, just be careful what you`re doing. As long as you`re telling the truth and -- just be careful. Don`t get yourself looped into this mess.

HAMMERS: Hours after you released these threatening voice mails, Nancy Grace exclusively revealed to the world this very heartbreaking video that we`re showing provided by the Grazianos, which shows John`s daily struggle in the hospital. Obviously you understand that there is no equating what the Hogans are going through to what John Graziano is going through?

CLEM: What John Graziano is going through is something we can`t change. It`s a huge tragedy. I wish we could all turn the clock back and it all never happened. And the Hogana nor the Grazianos can control what`s happening to John Graziano at this juncture. It`s so sad. We should stop bickering. We should do our time in jail as Nick Hogan. We should shut our mouth as a Graziano. We should keep quiet as the Hogan and worry about what happens to John Graziano.

I do want to listen to one more excerpt of these startling phone calls that you played on the "Bubba the Love Sponge Show." Let`s roll that again.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You disrespected the wrong (EXPLETIVE DELETED) person. You big mouth (EXPLETIVE DELETED). Now you and your (EXPLETIVE DELETED) son are going to cry your way through (EXPLETIVE DELETED) jail. You and your family. You kept opening your (EXPLETIVE DELETED) mouth so I`m going to put something in it. (EXPLETIVE DELETED)

HAMMER: I think at the end of the day, we can all agree, there are no winners in this situation. It`s been terrible for everybody involved. But you well know, especially as a friend and follower of Hulk Hogan and hi family, a lot of people are particularly disgusted with how the Hogans have handled things, especially since the release of those jailhouse recordings between Hulk, his wife Linda, and Nick. What do you think, Bubba, as somebody who`s right there and is speaking to Hulk regularly? Do you think Hulk and the Hogans have been getting a raw deal?

CLEM: Yes and no. I think the Hogans have controlled a little bit of their own destiny. I do think they expected a certain amount of privacy on the jailhouse tapes. Never before has a tape been released like in that manner especially involving a minor. I think they got a raw deal on that deal. But I do think Nick needs to man up and do his time. So yes and no. I think the public has given the Hogans somewhat of a raw deal but I do think the Hogans have controlled a little bit of their destiny.

HAMMER: You`ve released these audiotapes. The Grazianos released their tape. There were the jailhouse tapes. Everything`s out there now. What do you think, Bubba? Are you right there with me and do you think it`s time for both sides to just zip it?

CLEM: I think it`s time A.J. for both sides to shut up and meet Monday morning in the mediation table. There needs to be a dollar amount. The Grazianos need to be compensated. Obviously they`ve lost their child. John will never be normal. But the only people that are getting rich, the only people benefiting at this point are the attorneys and they`re getting madly rich. You`ve been through litigation, I have, too. It`s a joke. They need to all -- let all this aside, they need to go meet in good faith and get this handled so Nick can finish out his sentence and the Grazianos can be compensated and Terry and Linda can get divorced peacefully.

HAMMER: Well said. My thanks to Bubba the Love Sponge again. Bubba`s radio show it be heard in Tampa and in Jacksonville, Florida and on Howard Stern`s Sirius Satellite Radio channel 101.

Now we`ve been asking you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day. Hogans get threatening phone calls. Do you feel sorry for them? Here`s how the vote`s been going. Right now, 21 percent saying yes, 79 percent of you saying no.

Among the e-mails, one from Jenny in Vermont. Jenny writes, "I do not feel sorry for the Hogans. Nick`s friend will need care for the rest of his life because of Nick`s careless driving."

Felix from Kansas writes, "I don`t agree with what the Hogans have said about John Graziano, but I still don`t believe that they deserve to be threatened in any way."

ANDERSON: A.J., how many times have we heard a celebrity say something that made us cringe?

HAMMER: Over and over, Brooke. Countless times. Truly an occupational hazard for some.

ANDERSON: Seems to be, A.J. And this time, it`s Joan Rivers. She went on a rant, dropped the F-bomb and everything. And guess what? It was on live TV. And we`ve got Denise Richards going on and on again about her ex, Charlie Sheen. Why can`t these stars just zip it? That`s coming up.

HAMMER: Also a woman is suing because she said she got hurt by her underwear. Yeah, she says she got an injury from a thong. Yeah. That`s right. A thong. But it gets even better. Wait till you hear where she says the thong hurt her. I`ll give you a hint, it is not where you`re thinking. That`s coming up.

ANDERSON: And Michelle Obama is a guest co-host on "The View." she told a really great story involving her mother and a slot machine. Hear what she had to say and Joy`s classic reaction. Straight ahead.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DENISE RICHARDS, ACTRESS: There`s nothing healthy about our relationship. And what he needs to one day understand is that the two people that suffer from this are my kids. Not me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: A fired-up Denise Richards telling SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that she`s fed up with her public battle with ex-husband Charlie Sheen. So why doesn`t she just zip it already? Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. Tonight, there she blows again. Denise Richards in a brand-new interview slamming her ex-husband, Sheen. Now she says the gloves are off. But I have to ask, is it time to zip it good? And then there`s Joan Rivers. Wait till you see her on the British version of "The View" dropping the F-bomb, then getting kicked off the show. Can we talk?

With me tonight in Hollywood, Extra correspondent Carlos Diaz. Also tonight in Hollywood, comedian Jody Miller. Jody, Carlos, I want to begin with Joan Rivers. She was on a British TV show called "Loose Women," of all things, the UK`s version of "The View." and she was booted off the show after she dropped the F-bomb. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Is that part of your life that you enjoy meeting and greeting the celebrities on the red carpet?

JOAN RIVERS, PERSON: When they`re nice and you know what I`m saying. You get someone like Russell Crowe, he is a piece of get ready to bleep this, (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We haven`t got a bleeper.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: OK, Joan was actually booted off the show during the commercial break. I know that she`s famous for being a no-holds-barred comedian but she`s no stranger to television. Should she have put a filter on and just zip it?

CARLOS DIAZ, CORRESPONDENT, "EXTRA": I know I`m going to get in trouble for saying this. But I`m totally taking Joan Rivers` side in this. I`m sorry. Seriously, I`ve done a ton of red carpets where the F-bomb`s slipped out. But Joan made a conscious decision to not only use the F-bomb but also the S-bomb as well. Here`s the thing. She went with it and even said, get ready to bleep this, and gave it a pause. If I`m hosting that show .

ANDERSON: It was a big pause, Carlos.

DIAZ: If I`m hosting, I`m like, no, no, no, there`s no bleep here. And second, have you watched British television? The British version of "The Office" is like watching HBO. They get away with everything there. I can`t fault her in this situation.

ANDERSON: I have to say that Joan did say she`s sorry for dropping the F- bomb. But take a look at this statement she gave to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

"Yes, I swore and I`m so f-ing sorry. I wrote to the ladies, `Dear Ladies of "Loose Women." I am so sorry if I upset your show. Please accept my apologies. Love Joan Rivers. P.S. I went back and looked at the footage of Russell Crowe and guess what? He`s still an bleep. XOXOXO.`" Hugs and kisses, hugs and kisses.

Jody, that`s a great way to say you`re sorry about dropping the F-bomb dropping the F-bomb and the A-bomb, huh?

JODY MILLER, COMEDIAN: She is making a point to say she was saying it with conviction. She`s really sorry. But also in her defense, she has had a lot of surgery. Her face is pulled a little tight. We don`t really know if it was that. She could have said "fork," for all we know, he uses a knife and fork. And she`s pulled so tight. But you said it, Brooke, the show is called "Loose Women." It`s like, what else are they doing to do?

ANDERSON: Yeah, what could they have expected. And she`s brash, irreverent and makes no apologies. Carlos, if you were her publicist, would you say, Joan, you messed up, you need to apologize for saying the F- word by saying the F-word?

DIAZ: Makes sense. The bottom line is we`re talking about Joan Rivers. We`re speaking about her. She`s taking a big segment of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, the most provocative news show on TV. Here`s the thing, we`re talking about her. So it worked. It`s working for her. She`s getting the pub she needs right now so give her thumbs up for that.

ANDERSON: If she wanted to drum up some publicity, she certainly succeeded. I want to move now to another woman who admits she`s got a swearing problem, Denise Richards. She`s opening up, once again, about her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen. In the new issue of "TV Guide" she says, quote, "The gloves are off. When I keep my mouth shut, Charlie continues to fuel the feud anyway so I`m not going to sit back anymore."

Then she goes on to say, referring to her reality show, that Charlie says quote, "says I planned my frickin` show around his wedding. Come on. His ego is so big, E would honestly be like, yeah, let`s premier the show right around his wedding. Please."

So she says that Charlie is fueling this feud. But, Jody, this is like getting a giant can of gasoline and throwing it on the fire. Should Denise just zip it?

MILLER: She should just -- her show should be called "Just Zip It." Not, "It`s Complicated." If she just zipped it, we could go along thinking that Charlie Sheen is lame. Now we look at it and think, are you kidding me? Oh, my God, if she zipped it in the first place, none of this would have ever happened.

ANDERSON: Denise also reveals that she will never, ever swear in front of her kids. Carlos, are there some promises that shouldn`t be made public in case they come back to bite you?

DIAZ: Hey, Denise, I`ve got news for you, the paparazzi have cameras and they`ll catch you swearing and they`ll get money for it. Way to go. Nice job. Way to go.

ANDERSON: Be careful with that mouth. Carlos Diaz, Jody Miller. We`ll leave it there. Thank you both.

HAMMER: Well, Michelle Obama was the guest host on "The View" on Wednesday and she and the other ladies interviewed Matthew Broderick. In Matthew`s new movie he plays a sit-com writer with a gambling problem.

That got everybody talking about Vegas. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MICHELLE OBAMA, BARACK OBAMA`S WIFE: My mom has won $17,000 on the slot machines. I said, that`s it for your trip. You`re done.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: How much did she invest?

M. OBAMA: She made them give it to her in a check so she wouldn`t.

MATTHEW BRODERICK, ACTOR: You can put a check into a slot. You can fold it up.

WHOOPI GOLDBERG, "THE VIEW": Was the win from the quarter machines -- you`re giving them hope?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Don`t give them hope.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We do not advocate gambling.

JOY BEHAR, "THE VIEW": You know what`s funny? It`s change we can believe in.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Very good, joy. By the way, Matthew also said that the five-year- old son that he and Sarah Jessica Parker have is a Barack Obama supporter.

ANDERSON: Speaking of support, can you imagine getting attacked by your underwear? I cannot believe this. But there is a lady suing Victoria`s Aecret saying she got hurt by one of their thongs. And the injury wasn`t where you`re thinking. I`m going to check into this legal brief next on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. You don`t want to miss it.

HAMMER: I got to say, I`m really interested in what happened there. Now you can watch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT anytime by downloading our podcast, still free. Still free. You`ll find it at cnn.com/showbiztonight. You can also get it on iTunes. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is coming straight back in just a moment. Don`t move a muscle.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. It`s time now for a story that made me say, that`s ridiculous! So there`s a lady who is suing Victoria`s Secret because she says one of their thongs injured her in the eye. A woman in Los Angeles says she was trying on a thong in Victoria`s Secret when a decorative metallic piece on the underwear flew off and hit her in the eye. She says her cornea got damaged and missed a few days from work. Her lawyer says his client`s injury will affect her for the rest of her life. I don`t know about that but I do know it will get some folks on TV.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JASON BUCCAT, ATTORNEY: The facts may be unbelievable some people. But those are the facts and it did happen. Our client was injured and she was injured because Victoria`s Secret failed to make their products safe.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: OK. Thongs may not be one of the most comfortable undergarments in the world. But I`ve got to say this is the first time I`ve ever heard somebody complain about what they did to their eye.

HAMMER: Well, here`s one sure-fire way to avoid getting injured by your underwear. Just run around naked. That`s what a group of students at the University of the Philippines did. A fraternity has been doing the run for about 30 years now, the fraternity has. This year they did it a little bit early to celebrate the school`s 100-year anniversary.

The fraternity got about 100 members and alumni to participate. The largest turnout ever. Nice going.
