LEON HARRIS, CNN ANCHOR: And while that report was being filed, there, we are just now getting this breaking story in here. A story coming out of here in Georgia -- Atlanta, Georgia, here. Word now that a DeKalb County grand jury here has indicted the former sheriff of DeKalb County, Sydney Dorsey, on 19 different counts.

Now, this stems from a story that came up a little, about -- a little over a year ago, I believe it was. A case here where investigators believe that former Sheriff Dorsey ordered the killing of the Sheriff-Elect, Derwin Brown. And, in fact, this killing happened a day before Brown was to be sworn in as the new sheriff.

And the thinking here is that, by investigators, of course, that Dorsey ordered this execution of Sheriff Brown -- Sheriff-Elect Brown -- because he was going to investigate corruption in the Sheriff's office under Dorsey's guidance there.

We also hear now that -- this is the official word coming in from the Associated Press -- that the counts include: murder, nine theft counts, two bribery counts, one count of allowing a prisoner to escape, one count of illegal use of and inmate -- that's interesting -- and two counts of violation of the oath of office.

Much more coming up on this story later on here at CNN, as this is a breaking story that we've been covering for some time now.

DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: A story that has captivated Atlanta and much of the Southeast.

HARRIS: It's a story that you know some day going to be made a movie. There's just too many different -- really, really strange twists and turns in that story.

KAGAN: And we'll have more on that just ahead.
