Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic appears to be on his way out. Just moments ago, CNN's Alessio Vinci reported live from Belgrade that Russian President Vladimir Putin is now recognizing Vojislav Kostunica as the new president of Yugoslavia. Russia has been President Milosevic's strongest supporter. Those opposed to Mr. Milosevic have formed a crisis committee to run the country in the meantime.
