Hold your horses! What’s that Queen Elizabeth II is holding…?

The long-reining monarch was gifted a £50 ($72) voucher to spend at UK grocery giant Tesco, after her steed romped to victory at the Royal Windsor Horse Show.

But whether or not HM will canter down to the Royal Family’s local branch to spend her whinny-ings remains to be seen.

The idea of the Queen carrying her own shopping bags back to Buckingham Palace might seem a little far-fetched, but perhaps not for much longer.

Her Majesty’s horse, Barber’s Shop, won the RoR Tattersalls Thoroughbred Ridden Show Horse Championship Thursday to hand her the top prize.

The four-day event, held on the grounds of Windsor Castle, will also host celebrations for the Queen’s 90th birthday.

More than 10,000 people are expected to attend the 66th edition of the annual show, in which 900 horses and 1,500 riders will perform.
