“Bates Motel” has just been booked for an extended stay at A&E.
The network announced Monday it has renewed the Vera Farmiga-led drama for a 10-episode third season, set to begin production this fall.
The show’s second season, which recently revealed a huge (and completely disturbing) twist, premiered a little over month ago, notching 4.6 million viewers, according to numbers from the network.
Bates, which also stars Freddie Highmore as Norman, airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET.
